| Objective:Through the intervention of Yupingfeng Powder on AIDS patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome,the levels of cellular and humoral immunity(CD4~+T cells,CD8~+T cells,immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M),complement C3,complement C4)of patients were taken as the entry point,and the clinical symptom scores,quality of life,index results and safety evaluation of patients before and after the test were detected,recorded and analyzed,to explore the role and mechanism of Yupingfeng Powder in improving the clinical symptoms of AIDS patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome,improving clinical efficacy,improving the level of immunoglobulin,and promoting the immune function of the body.Methods:This study included 50 patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome of AIDS who were treated in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Yiyang City from February 2022 to June 2022 and met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into two groups with 24 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group.The treatment scheme of HAART in both groups was:zidovudine+lamivu-dine+efviren,the treatment group was:Yupingfeng granules+HAART,and the control group was:Yupingfeng granules simulant+HAART.The course of treatment was 6months.The number of CD4~+T cells,CD8~+T cells,and immunoglobulin levels(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M),complement C3,and complement C4 in the two groups before and after treatment were detected,and the scores of symptoms and signs,quality of life,and safety evaluations were recorded.Comparative observations were made before and after treatment.Results:1.In this study,there was 1 case of exfoliation in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group;46 patients actually completed the test,23 patients in the treatment group and 23 patients in the control group.2.Symptoms and signs,quality of life:(1)Symptoms and signs:the score of symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Quality of life:The quality of life after treatment between the treatment group and the control group was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).3.T cell subgroup:(1)CD4~+T cells:After treatment,the level of CD4~+T cells in the treatment group and the control group increased compared with that before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The level of CD4~+T cells in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)CD8~+T cells:After treatment,the level of CD8~+T cells in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the number of CD8~+T cells between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).4.Immunoglobulin and complement:After treatment,the levels of Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,C3 and C4 in the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in CRP levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,complement C3 and C4 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of CRP between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.Safety indicators:There were no significant abnormalities in blood routine test,liver function and renal function before and after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yupingfeng Powder can significantly improve the symptoms,signs and quality of life of AIDS patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome.Yupingfeng Powder has no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment process and is safe.2.Yupingfeng Powder can effectively improve the level of CD4~+T cells and CD8~+T cells in AIDS patients,thereby effectively improving the cellular immune function of the body.3.Yupingfeng Powder can improve the level of immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M),C3,C4 in AIDS patients,and improve the function of humoral immunity.4.Yupingfeng Powder can improve the cellular immune function and humoral immune function of AIDS patients,thereby improving the immune capacity of the body and improving the symptoms of AIDS. |
