| Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Ginseng Wuweizi Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder on asthma of lung-qi deficiency type.Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted in 60 patients with asthma of lung and spleen qi deficiency.A total of 53 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,including 25 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group.The patients in the control group received basic clinical therapy(i.e.Xinbike 160ug/4.5ug inhaled bid).The patients in the experimental group were treated with ginseng-schisandra Decoction and Yupingfeng powder.Observation and statistics of two groups of patients before and after treatment asthma control test(ACT score),lung function indicators(FEV1%,FVC%),changes in TCM syndrome scores,Hospital Anxiety and depression scale(HADS),the use of SPSS 25.0 software for comprehensive analysis of the results,statistics of clinical efficacy,and safety monitoring of patients and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the scores of fatigue,spontaneous sweating,chills,cough,sputum expectoration,wheezing,chest tightness and susceptibility to exogenous symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the HADS scores of the hospital anxiety and depression scale in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the FVC,FEV1%and ACT scores of the experimental group were similar to those of the control group.Conclusion Ginseng Wuweizi Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder can alleviate the symptoms of asthma patients with pulmonary and spleen qi deficiency more quickly,such as fatigue,spontaneous sweating,chills,cough,sputum expectoration,wheezing,chest tightness,reduce the chances of susceptibility to exogenous sensation,alleviate anxiety and depression to a certain extent,and can be considered for use within a certain range. |
