Clinical Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined With Internal Administration Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On The Mass Stage Of Acne Mammary Carbuncle

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine on the mass stage of acne breast carbuncle,and to explore a new idea of treating the mass stage of acne breast carbuncle with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria of acne breast cancer mass stage from January 2020 to December 2020 and were syndrome differentiation of liver meridian heat stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n= 36).The control group received 3 prescriptions of Chinese medicine granule powder carbuncle orally,one dose a day,twice a day,100 ml warm boiled water,and washed after meals.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and oral Chinese medicine fumigation,20 minutes each time,once a day.The course of treatment lasted for 14 days.TCM syndrome score,hs-CRP,depression and anxiety screening scale(PHQ-9,GAD-7)scores were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Actual completed cases: 33 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group.2.Total clinical efficacy: After 14 days of treatment,0 cases were cured in both groups,4 cases were ineffective,11 cases were effective,and 18 cases were significantly effective in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 87.88%;9 cases were ineffective,17 cases were effective,and 6 cases were significantly effective in the control group,with a total effective rate of 71.88%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome integral: within 14 days after treatment,the two way all symptoms and signs were improved(P < 0.05),total integral syndrome were significantly lower(P < 0.01),but the lump size,breast pain,local though,nipple discharge,and the improvement of anxiety depression treatment group is better than that of control group(P< 0.05),constipation,tightness in the chest,a bulge improve no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Laboratory indicators: After 14 days of treatment,hs-CRP decreased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.01).5.Anxiety and depression scale scores: After treatment,PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scale scores were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety indicators: There were no obvious abnormal changes in routine blood and urine,fecal occult blood,liver and kidney function tests in the two groups before and after treatment,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions: this study shows that Chinese medicine fumigation combined internal and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treatment of acne cream carbuncle swelling period curative effect is(liver by wind-cold type),compared with single internal,can effectively reduce the hs-CRP inflammation index,in pain,lumps,dissipation improved locally,though less nipple discharge,the improvement of anxiety depression and so on.
