Purpose:This article through the retrospective summary of the academic significance of "treating with carbuncle",and the formation of "Qingzhong Xiaoyong Decoction",and the clinical efficacy of 120 patients,explore Professor Jiang Shumin "Qingzhong Xiaoyong Decoction" in treatment The clinical efficacy of the disease provides some ideas for the medical practitioners in the treatment of the disease.Material and method:This article systematically and comprehensively summarizes Professor Jiang Shumin’s treatment and experience of spleen and stomach diseases,especially chronic atrophic gastritis.1.In the field of academic origin research,through the analysis of the contents of "Spleen and Stomach","Emperor Neijing" and "Golden Chamber" and Li Lao and Zhou Laothesis,sum up Professor Li Yuqi to create a "rule by the public" Academic origin,the origin of the name "stomach sputum".Professor Zhou Xuewen put forward the theory of "toxic fever",and Professor Jiang Shumin inherited the theory of the two medical masters,applied the method of "eliminating muscles and muscles",and formulated the application of "Qingzhong Xiaoyu Decoction" in clinical treatment of chronic Academic inheritance of atrophic gastritis.2.Clinical practice research methods:(1)The study subjects were from January 2016 to December 2017,and were treated in the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the gastrointestinal ward and endoscopy room.The clinical diagnosis was chronic.A total of 120 patients with atrophic gastritis.(2)120 patients were randomly divided into western medicine control group,Chinese medicine medicine control group and Chinese medicine(Qingzhong Xiaoyu decoction)treatment group,40 cases in each group.The three groups were given standard tincture quadruple solution.After 2 weeks of treatment,the western medicine control group continued to give Rebapatide tablets;the Chinese patent medicine control group was given Weifuchun tablets;the Chinese medicine treatment group was given Qingzhong Xiaoyu Decoction plus or minus oral treatment without other related treatment drugs.(3)After treatment,the three groups were evaluated for symptom score,endoscopic gastric mucosal evaluation,gastric mucosal pathological evaluation,Hp efficacy evaluation,gastric electrical activity evaluation and brain-gut peptide detection index evaluation,and the effects of each group were observed.Conduct a safety evaluation.Results: The following results were obtained through clinical observation.(1)In terms of clinical symptoms: “Qingzhong Xiaoyu Decoction” group(hereinafter referred to as “Chinese medicine group”)compared with Chinese medicine group,western medicine group improved significantly in clinical symptoms.The drug control group and the western medicine control group(p<0.01);(2)The endoscopic gastric mucosa score: the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the Chinese medicine control group?
