Clinical Effect Observation Of Self-prepared Qingfei Huatan Zhike Decoction In The Treatment Of Bronchiectasis Of Phiegm Heat Stagnation And Lung And Its Effect On IL-10 And IL-17

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-designed prescription for clearing heat,phlegm and relieving cough in the treatment of the syndrome of phlegm-heat stagnation of lung in the acute exacerbation of ronchiectasis,and to analyze the effects of the self-designed prescription for clearing heat,phlegm and relieving cough on related inflammatory indicators,so as to provide clinical basis for the application of this prescription.Methods:Sixty patients with meeting the standard were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method.The control group was given Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given self-designed prescription for clearing heat and phlegm-relieving cough on the basis of the control group,for 10 days as an observation course.Records of patients before and after the general index,TCM symptoms integral,the change of the related inflammation index,analyzed using statistical software SPSS21.0,measurement data using t test or rank and inspection,count data using(?)~2inspection,grade adopts rank and inspection data to(x±s),and come to the conclusion.Results:1.there were no shedding cases in both groups.The treatment group:male 15cases(50.00%),15 cases(50.00%),aged 27-75(62.99±10.62),course of the disease in3-35 years(15.77±4.62),of 20 patients with bronchiectasis with infection with hemoptysis 6 cases;Control group:male 13 cases(43.33%),female 17 cases(56.67%),aged 33-75(61.65±11.92).The course of the disease ranged from 2 to 32 years(14.95±5.72).There were 19 patients with bronchiectasis and 6 patients with hemoptysis.FEV1/FVC:treatment group(59.54±6.72),control group(60.23±7.72).The gender,age,disease course and disease course of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the Pvalues were>0.05,showing no statistical difference and comparability.2.After treatment,the scores of single TCM symptoms in 2groups were decreased compared with before treatment.The improvement of cough,sputum,dry mouth and yellow greasy moss in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The improvement of hemoptysis,wheezing and wet rrals showed no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,showing a statistical difference(P>0.05).4.After treatment,WBC,Neut%,PCT,CRP,ESR and IL-17 in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and IL-10was increased in 2 groups,the treatment group was better than the treatment group(p<0.05);5.None of the patients showed abnormal safety indicators in the clinical study.Conclusions:The self-designed prescription for clearing the lung,relieving cough and resolving phlegm can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the scores of TCM symptoms,and especially improve the symptoms of cough,yellow-purulent sputum,dry mouth and greasy yellow moss.The self-formulated Qingfei Zhike Huatan Formula can reduce the levels of WBC,Neut%,PCT,CRP and ESR,and has the effect of reducing inflammatory reaction.It can effectively regulate the expression of IL-17 and IL-10factors.This method is safe and reliable,and is worth further study.
