Clinical Observation On Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type,and to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type.Methods: The 40 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were all from the gynecology clinic of Jiamusi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2020 to December 202.They were treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction for 3menstrual cycles continuously.The TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom evaluation and clinical efficacy evaluation index were used.The data were analyzed by spss20.0.Results:(1)TCM syndrome score and curative effect: after treatment,TCM syndrome score decreased significantly,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 89.47%.(2)VAS score: after treatment,VAS score decreased significantly,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(3)Dysmenorrhea symptom score: after treatment,the score of dysmenorrhea symptoms decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate was 86.84%Conclusion:Shaofu Zhuyu decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,relieve pain,but also improve the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea,improve the clinical curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
