Clinical Observation On Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oligo-abdominal tonga-negative treatment of primary coagulation dysmenorrhea,and to study its improvement in primary coagulation stasis dysmenorrhea syndrome.Methods:From November 2021 to November 2022,80 patients from the gynecology outpatient clinic of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with a combination of decoction and internal and external,and the control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and each was given 3menstrual cycles.Finally,the visual analogue scoring method,TCM certificate score and plasma prostaglandin 2αcontent were used as observation indexes to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Before treatment,the general information and observation indexes of the two groups were evaluated,P>0.05 is comparable.(2)After treatment,the visual analog score,TCM syndrome score,pain duration score and plasma prostaglandin 2αcontent all decreased.Compared with the two groups,all P<0.05 indicated that both groups were effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.The comparison between the two groups showed P<0.05,indicating that the combined treatment effect of Shaofuzhuyu decoction was better than that of the control group.(3)The two groups of drugs used in this study are within the safe range,and there are no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in clinical observation.Conclusions:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with internal and external treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis primary dysmenorrhea has significant effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and dysmenorrhea symptoms of patients,improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,relieve pain,and long-term efficacy is significant,even can achieve a radical effect.The combined treatment of internal Chinese medicine and external application of Shenque point has clinical research and application value,worthy of clinical promotion.
