Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation Type By Acupuncture Head Emotion Area Combined With Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction

Objective: Observation of dysmenorrhea patients in the outpatient department of dysmenorrhea patients in the outpatient department of gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine found that the number of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is the largest.To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture head emotional area combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture head emotional area combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on The purpose is to provide new treatment ideas and methods for patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods: All the subjects in the study were from the second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2019.03-2019.12.There were 50 dysmenorrhea patients who met the requirements in the gynecology clinic,and these 50 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine.25 patients in each group,25 patients in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture in the emotional area of the head combined with the addition and subtraction of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,and 25 patients in the Chinese medicine group were treated with the addition and subtraction of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.After treating the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group for3 courses,the patients were judged by analyzing the VAS(visual analogue scoring)score,TCM syndrome scale score,and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale score before and after treatment in both groups.The improvement of clinical symptoms,so as to judge whether the clinical effect of acupuncture on the emotional area of the head combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is significant,and whether the curative effect of the treatment with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction alone There are obvious differences.Results:1.After three courses of treatment in the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,the VAS score of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were obtained by SPSS 23.0statistical test,P<0.05,which was statistically significant There is a significant difference in the improvement of patients’ dysmenorrhea,which proves that the acupuncture group is significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.2.After three courses of treatment in the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,the scores of the TCM syndrome scale in the acupuncture group and the TCM syndrome scale in the traditional Chinese medicine group were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0,P<0.05,It is statistically significant that the two groups have significant differences in improving the TCM syndromes of the patients,proving that the acupuncture and medicine group is significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea.3.After three courses of treatment in the acupuncture and Chinese medicine groups,the Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale score of the acupuncture and medicine group and the Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale score of the Chinese medicine group were obtained by statistical analysis of SPSS23.0,P<0.05,It is statistically significant that the two groups have significant differences in improving the TCM-related syndromes of the patients,proving that the acupuncture and medicine group is significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea.Research conclusions:1.Acupuncture in the emotional area of the head combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction or oral administration of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction alone can effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea,and the effect of acupuncture in the emotional area of the head combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction is better.2.The treatment method of acupuncture in theemotional area of the head combined with the addition and subtraction of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve the degree of dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea and related clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.New treatment ideas and programs.
