Discussion On The Medication Rule Of Professor Song Liqun In The Treatment Of Primary IgA Nephropathy Based On TCM Inheritance Compute Platform

Objective:To explore the drug use law of Professor Song Liqun in the treatment of primary IgA nephropathy,to inherit the experience of diagnosis and treatment of famous old Chinese medicine,and to enrich the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary IgA nephropathy.Methods:Retrospective analysis of Professor Song Liqun from January 2015 to December 2020,the diagnosis and treatment of primary IgA nephropathy cases,the case of diagnosis and treatment data standardized processing,the introduction of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0),data information frequency statistics,association analysis,clustering Analysis,lustering Analysis combined with clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine to screen and analyze the results of the analysis.Results:This study included 54 cases of primary IgA nephropathy and 506 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.After the case information was correctly imported into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0),the following results were obtained:1.Sex,age distribution characteristics: female patients(66.67%)significantly more than men(33.33%),mainly young adults(92.59%)cases.In the clinical classification,abnormal urine tests,recurrent naked eye hematuria,and isolated lens hematuria,accounting for about 75.93% of all cases.2.Professor Song Liqun used 41 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary IgA nephropathy.The 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with the highest frequency of use were: Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Hawthorn,fried malt,Liushenqu,Golden Cherry,Ligustrum lucidum,Poria cocos,Euryale,raspberry,cooked Rehmannia glutinosa charcoal,Rehmannia glutinosa charcoal and ginkgo.3.Common traditional Chinese medicine carbon medicine: Rehmannia glutinosa charcoal,cooked Rehmannia glutinosa charcoal,Eucommia charcoal,palm charcoal,lotus root joint charcoal,big thistle charcoal,small thistle charcoal,elm charcoal,side cypress charcoal,alizarin charcoal,baicalin charcoal.The prescription containing traditional Chinese medicine carbon medicine accounts for 83.20% of the total prescription,in the common Chinese medicine,the type of traditional Chinese medicine carbon medicine accounts for 26.83% of the commonly used Chinese medicine,and the total frequency of traditional Chinese medicine carbon medicine accounts for35.73% of the commonly used Chinese medicine.4.The results of association analysis of traditional Chinese medicine:when the support degree is 60% and the confidence degree is 0.99,115 combinations of traditional Chinese medicine and 72 rules of association were obtained,involving 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine: Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Euryale,raspberry,Ligustrum lucidum,white fruit,cooked Rehmannia charcoal,Rehmannia glutinosa charcoal.5.Clustering results of traditional Chinese medicine: core combination 1:Jiao white,Poria cocos,Astragalus,ripe yellow charcoal,raw charcoal,yellow core combination 2: Astragalus,virgin,golden cherry,caramel white,raspberry,core combination 3: Jiao white,Astragalus,virgin,golden cherry,raspberry.6.Results: Four Qi: Ping(44.32%),Wen(34.71%),About 79.03% of the total frequency;Five flavors: Gan(53.52%);Gui Jing: kidney meridian(21.86%),spleen meridian(21.34%),liver meridian(17.11%),lung meridian(12.63%),about 72.94% of the total frequency;Efficacy: tonifying deficiency(38.17%),astringent medicine(18.98%),eliminating food(13.70%),It accounts for about 70.85% of the total frequency.Conclusion:1.The 13 traditional Chinese medicines used by the tutor in the treatment of primary IgA kidney disease are scorched whitening,astragalus,scorched hawthorn,fried malt,six divine songs,golden cherry son,virgin son,Poria cocos,Gordon euryale,raspberry,ripe yellow charcoal,raw yellow charcoal and white fruit.2.Commonly used for primary IgA nephropathy: raw charcoal,yellow charcoal,ripe yellow charcoal,Eucommia charcoal,palm charcoal,lotus root charcoal,big artichoke charcoal,small artichoke charcoal,elm charcoal,side cypress charcoal,bluegrass charcoal,scuqin charcoal.3.The tutor to treat primary IgA nephropathy is mainly flat and warm,warm;mainly sweet,kidney,spleen,liver and lung,and the effect of deficiency,astringent and elimination.4.The tutor meets the disease characteristics of primary IgA kidney disease,related to spleen and kidney ",reflecting the treatment concept of"strengthening the spleen and digestion,benefiting the kidney and fixing the astringent,tonifying the lung and strengthening the health,and clearing the lung for the throat".
