Analysis Of The Medication Rules Of Professor Song Liqun In The Treatment Of Benign Arteriolar Nephrosclerosis

Objective:To summarize the clinical rules for the treatment of b enign arteriolar nephrosclerosis(BAN)by Professor Song Li qun through the analysis of the drugs and treatment ideas commonly used by Professor Song in the treatment of benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis patients,in order to guide clinical practice.Methods:The case data of patients with b enign arteriolar nephrosclerosis who attended the specialist clinic of Professor Song Li qun at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between November 2 0 10 and November 2 0 2 0 were collected.The analysis functions of frequency statistics,core combination analysis,and cluster analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System V3.0(TCMICS V3.0)were used to analyze the pattern of prescriptions used by Professor Song Liqun in the treatment of benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis.Results:The 201 cases of benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis included in this study.The data were statistically analyzed using TCMICS V3.0.1.Characteristics of gender,age,blood pressure value and TCM syndrome type:more males(117 cases,58%)than females(84 cases,42%);age distribution was mostly in the age of 50～69 years,123(6 1.2%);12 patients with normal blood pressure,51 patients with grade 1,55 patients with grade 2,55 patients with grade 3,and 28 patients with simple systolic hypertension;There were 117 cases of liver,spleen and kidney deficiency pattern,84 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency pattern,65 cases of water-dampness pattern,74 cases of blood stasis pattern,and 55 cases of turbidity and toxicity pattern in the standard deficiency,and some cases had no real evidence.2.201 prescriptions contained a total of 16 9 herbal medicines with a total frequency of 3 5 6 9 times.Among them,there were 24 drugs used more than 32 times(including 32 times);the top ten in order were Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Eucommia ch ar anti a,Robitussin’s leaf,Rhubarb,Centella asiatica,Cat’s beard grass,Dandelion,Gorgonian,and Fructus chasteensis.3.The four qi are mainly warm,flat and cold;the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;the meridians are mainly the spleen,liver,stomach,kidney and lung meridians;the classification of the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine is mainly the category of tonic for deficiency,clearing heat and collecting astringency.4.Applying the core combination function analysis,40 drug combination patterns were obtained when setting the support degree as 1 3 0(6 5%)and confidence degree as 0.99,and 66 association rules were obtained,as well as 7 core drugs.5.Results of cluster analysis of Chinese medicine:When the number of clusters was 4,core combination 1:Atractylodes m a c r o c e p h a 1 a,Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rhubarb leaf,Rhubarb and Eucommia charanti a.Core combination 2:Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Primulas chinensis,Gorgon fruit,Li gu strum lucidum,Rhizoma maltosum.Core combination 3:Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Rhizoma Poly gonatum leaf,Rhubarb,Eucommia charanti a,Centella asiatica.Core combination 4:Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Rhizoma Poly gonatum leaf,Rhubarb,Eucommia charanti a,Cat’s Claw.Conclusion:1.Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Eucommia tulipifolia,Rhizoma lophophora leaf,Rhizoma Rheum palmatum,Centella asiatica,Fritillaria catarrhali s,Dandelion,Gorgoni an,Chasteb erry,Golden cherry,Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma,Shen Q u,Malt and Hawthorn are the drugs commonly used by Prof.Song Liqun in the treatment of b enign arteriolar nephrosclerosis.2.Professor Song Liqun treats benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis with warm,calm and cold herbs;the flavors of the medicine is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;the meridians are mainly spleen meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian and lung meridian;and the efficacy of the Chinese medicine is mainly classified as deficiency tonifying,heat clearing and astringent.3.Professor Song Liqun believes that the pathogenesis of benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis is healthy energy deficiency and evil excess.healthy energy deficiency is dominated by liver,spleen and kidney,and evil excess is marked by stasis,dampness and toxicity.The treatment of this disease is to tonify the kidney,regulate the liver and spleen,remove blood stasis and dredge kidney collaterals,and remove dampness and detoxification.The deficiency of spleen and kidney and deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney are the most common syndromes in syndrome differentiation,while the syndrome of water dampness,blood stasis and Turbid Toxin are the most common syndromes in syndrome differentiation.
