To Explore The Medication Rules Of Professor Song Liqun In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Based On The TCM Inheritance Support System

Objective: Through the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5(TCMISS V2.5),this study explores the application rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Professor Song Liqun’s treatment of chronic kidney disease(CRF)with Traditional Chinese Medicine,and further summarizes Dr.Song’s experience in the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Case data of CRF patients in the expert outpatient service of Professor Song Liqun in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine are collected from January 2016 to January2020.The functions of frequency statistics,prescription rule analysis and new prescription analysis based on entropy hierarchical clustering in TCMISS V2.5 are used to analyze the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and further explore the prescription medication rules of Professor Song in the treatment of CRF.Results: A total of 131 cases meeting the criteria are included.According to the statistical function of application frequency,132 drugs are used in the treatment of this disease,and the total drug frequency is 2329 times.There are 20 traditional Chinese medicines used more than 45 times,accounting for 72.70% of the total drug frequency.The four qi of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly warm,cold and peaceful.The five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine are sweet(light)and bitter.The meridians of TCM are mainly liver,spleen and kidney meridians.Using the function of prescription rule,74 drug combination modes,94 association rules and 9 core drugs are obtained when the support is set to 92(70%)and the minimum confidence is 0.99.Six groups of new prescriptions are obtained through the analysis function of new prescriptions,which are prescription(1)Clerodendranthus Spicatus,Apocyni Veneti Folium,Centella Asiatica,Rhubarb,and Pericarpium Arecae;Prescription(2)Fraxini Cortex,Poria cocos,Silkworm sand,Achyranthes Bidentata;Prescription(3)Euryales Semen,Ligustri Lucidi Fructus,Eupolyphaga Steleophaga,Rosae Laevigatae Fructus;Prescription(4)Euryales Semen,Ligustri Lucidi Fructus,Turmeric,Rosae Laevigatae Fructus;Prescription(5)Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen,Lobelia Chinensis Herba,Leonuri Herba,Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Spatholobi Caulis,Trichosanthis Fructus;Prescription(6)Serissa Serissoides(DC.)Druce,Liquidambaris Fructus,Centella Asiatica,Achyranthes Bidentata.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of CRF by Professor Song Liqun,Astragali Radix is used most frequently.The main characteristics of the drugs used: four qi:warm,cold and peace;The five flavors are sweet(light)and bitter;The meridians are liver meridians,spleen meridians and kidney meridians.2.Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Eucommia Charcoal,Rhubarb,Apocyni Veneti Folium,Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma,Clerodendranthus Spicatus,Dandelion and Centella Asiatica,these drugs are the core drugs used by Professor Song Liqun in the treatment of CRF.Astragali Radix-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma is the most commonly used drug pair by Professor Song Liqun in the treatment of this disease.The compatibility relationship between core drugs is very stable and has strong regularity.3.Professor Song Liqun believes that CRF is a kind of syndrome that root vacuity and tip repletion.The deficiency of the five organs are all deficiency,mainly in the loss of spleen and kidney;In fact,dampness,heat,blood stasis and poison are the main problems.4.The treatment principle of CRF is to treat both deficiency and reality,give consideration to specimens.Tonifying deficiency as this,invigorating spleen and kidney;Recuperating dampness,clearing heat,removing stasis and detoxification are the basic treatment methods of this disease.
