Clinical Research On Regulation Of Medicines For The Treatment Of Renal Albuminuia By Professor Song Liqun

Objective:Analyze professor Song’s treatment on renal albuminuria in Traditional Chinese Medicine by using statistical software and summarize his basic therapies and clinical medicine rule to treat the disease for providing theoretical basis and clinical guidance, and promoting the improvement of the expert experience on treatment of renal albuminuria by Chinese medicine.Methods:Collected 500 primary patients with renal albuminuria from the Department of nephropathy at the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital in Jan.2011 to June. 2011.All patients were made a diagnosis and give treatment by professor Song.Using frequency analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis to manage the drugs by SPSS18.0 and SAS statistical software and sum up the rule.Results:1. Frequency analysis resultsThere are 164 herbs prescriptions that are the main herbs in treatment of renal albuminuria using in the 500 formulas and the total frequency is 8902 times, of which there are 39 herbs using more than 50 times,with the cumulative frequency of 83.52%,and 26 herbs using more than 100 times, with the cumulative frequency of 72.37%. According to the four qi of herb,it ranked smooth, warm, cold, cool medicine. And five flavor lined up the herbs as sweetness, bitterness, astringent, sourness, pungency, pale and saltiness. The top five of meridian entry summarized are lined up for the liver, kidney, spleen, stomach, lung. As the main two types of drugs for the treatment of renal albuminuria,tonifying and boosting medicinal and astringent medicinal have the highest using frequency by drug classification statistics2. The cluster analysis resultsThere are 9 pair of commonly used combination of drug pair and 6 groups of commonly used drug combination according to the cluster analysis of the use of cumulative frequency in more than 91.61% of the 62 drugs in the research.3.Factor analysis resultsIt obtains 17 factors by factor analysis of using cumulative frequency in more than 91.61% of the 62 drugsConclusion:1.Atractylodes macrocephala, Gordon euryale seed, Astragali Radix, Cherokee rose fruit, Glossy privet fruit, Poria cocos, Raspberry, Flatstem milkvetch seed, Semen cuscutae, Gingko, Mantis egg-case, Radix rehmanniae, Setose thistle, Field thistle, Cooked rehmannia root, Eucommia bark, Rhizoma dioscoreae nipponicae, Morel, Lotus seed, Cacumen biotae,Garden burnet, Sappanwood, Eclipta, are the main drug in treatment of renal albuminuria.2.Flat, warm and tepid are the main four qi of the medicinal in treatment of renal albuminuria used by professor Song,sweetness. bitterness, astringent are the main five flavors used by professor Song and kidney, spleen, liver meridian is the main meridian entry used.3.Tonifying and boosting medicinal and astringent medicinal are the basic component of the prescription in treatment of renal albuminuria.4.Dampness-draining diuretic medicinal, wind-dampness-dispelling medicinal, blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal and heat-clearing medicinal are the basic component of drug classification in treatment of renal albuminuria.5.The main pathogenesis of chronic renal albuminuria is that the mixture of kidney essence insecurity, spleen failing in transportation, liver Yin deficiency and lung failing to distribute fluid with the dampness, heat, toxin and stasis pathology product.6.That there are three basic principles of treatment of renal albuminuria, treating the tip in critical case and treat the root in chronic case, treating the tip and root simultaneously, and attaching great importance to the movement of qi.
