Clinical Observation Of Pinggan Kaiyu Zhixue Decoction In The Treatment Of Metrorrhagia And Bleeding Stage Of Adolescent Liver Stagnation And Blood Heat Type

Objectives:To observe the clinical hemostatic effect of Pinggan Kaiyu Zhixue Decoction in the treatment of patients with liver stagnation and blood heat during bleeding period,and provide evidence for guiding the clinical treatment of metrorrhagia and improving the clinical efficacy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Each group was treated for ten days.Observe the hemostatic effect of the treatment plan,the improvement of related accompanying symptoms,the changes of APTT,PT,and PLT,and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the drug.Results:The total effective rate of Pinggan Kaiyu Zhixue Decoction in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during adolescence was 93.33%,which was better than the control group with a total effective rate of 76.67%(P <0.05).The total clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00% and 76.67%,respectively.The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had obvious advantages in improving the TCM-related symptoms,with statistical significance(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in HB content or PLT between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the improvement of APTT and PT between the two groups,and the treatment group Pinggan Kaiyu Zhixue Decoction had more advantages(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Pinggan Kaiyu Zhixue Decoction had good hemostatic effect on abnormal uterine bleeding.It can significantly improve the related clinical symptoms.In addition,no adverse reactions were observed during the medication,which was worthy of promotion.
