ObjectiveTo observe and compare the clinical efficacy of Guben Decoction on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB-O)in the transitional period of menopause due to kidney deficiency type, and to explore the effect of Guben Decoction on ovarian endocrine level,in order to provide the clinical treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.new ideas.MethodsA randomized controlled study was conducted to select 66 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to renal deficiency and randomly divide them into treatment group and control group(33 cases in each group). The treatment group was guben Decoction, and the control group was dydrogesterone. Two groups were treated 3 period of treatment, the clinical curative effect observation forms, record the change of the patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, hemoglobin(HGB)and serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),serum estradiol(E2)levels,to compare thrift soup with the method of flexor progesterone retreat the week on a regular basis for the clinical efficacy of kidney patients with this disease.Results1.A total of 66 patients were included in this study,of which 61 patients completed the clinical observation,3 patients in the treatment group dropped out,and 2 patients in the control group dropped out, with a dropout rate of 7.57%.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in age, menstrual disorder time, vaginal bleeding time, sex hormone levels,HGB levels, and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.The total clinical effective rate:the total effective rate of the control group was 80.64%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.66%.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the two groups was comparable.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both dydrogesterone and Guben decoction can improve traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with the two groups after treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall curative effect of the treatment group in improving the TCM syndrome score was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:after treatment, serum FSH,LH and E2in the two groups were decreased, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in serum E2levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that both dydrogesterone and Guben decoction could improve the E2level,and the two groups had similar curative effects.Gubentang is more effective in improving FSH and LH levels.5.Comparison of HGB:There were significant differences in the changes of HGB before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of HGB between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).It shows that dydrogesterone and Guben decoction have the same effect in enhancing HGB.6.Comparison of recurrence rate after drug withdrawal:3 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 12.50%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 44.00%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. It shows that Guben Decoction is better than dydrogesterone in long-term curative effect.7.Before and after treatment, the two groups of patients were tested for safety, including blood, urine routine, liver and kidney functions, coagulation function, blood lipids, and electrocardiogram. There was no abnormality in the safety test of the two groups of patients, indicating that the two groups of treatment methods are safe.In conclusion1.Studying that Guben Decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency type AUB-O in the menopausal transition period can establish a relatively regular menstrual cycle, prevent the recurrence of metrorrhagia, significantly improve clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes, reduce serum FSH,LH and E2levels,and increase HGB levels. No obvious adverse reactions, clinically safe and effective.2.Guben Decoction is superior to the regular withdrawal of dydrogesterone in improving the TCM syndromes of AUB-O in the transitional period of menopause due to kidney deficiency and lowering the levels of blood FSH and LH.Fang Guben Decoction and dydrogesterone regular withdrawal method have the same effect.
