The Clinical Observation Of Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Adolescencent Abnormal Uterine Bleeding-ovulatory Dysfunction

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction in the treatment of adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction(AUB-O)with kidney yin deficiency,to provide a better theoretical basis and effective treatment scheme for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 35 cases who met the inclusion criteria were collected,3 cases fell off during the treatment process,and the remaining 32 cases were treated with Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction by self-control research method,taking 1 dose per day for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The time of the bleeding stopped,improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,the changes of serum sex hormones(FSH,LH,PRL,E2,T)before and after treatment,and the basal body temperature(BBT)after treatment were observed and recorded.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of data to evaluate the clinical efficacy and advantages of Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: the total clinical effective rate of this study was93.75%,the cured patients were 10(31.25%).Obviously effective cases were11(34.38%)and effective cases were 9(28.12%).The total short-term hemostatic effect was 96.88%,of which 8 cases(25%)achieved quick effect,15 cases(46.88%),8 cases(25%)were effective and 1 case(3.12%)was ineffective.(2)TCM syndrome: the total score of TCM syndrome and the score of each symptom decreased significantly,and the difference had statistically significant(P < 0.01);The total effective rate of TCM syndrome effect was96.87%.(3)Sex hormone: The levels of LH,FSH and PRL were measured before and after treatment,all of them increased slightly,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The level of E2 was increased,meanwhile,the level of T was decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Basal body temperature: after treatment,the biphasic rate of basal body temperature was 78.13%,including 10 cases(31.25%)of typical biphasic and 15 cases(46.88%)of atypical biphasic.Conclusion:Yuyin Zhibeng decoction can significantly improve the vaginal bleeding of adolescent AUB-O patients with kidney yin deficiency,alleviate the clinical symptoms,regulate the level of serum sex hormone and restore ovulation function.The total clinical effective rate is high;There are no adverse reactions in the treatment,and the safety is good,which is worthy of clinical application.
