Clinical Study On Modified Huanglian Ejiao Ointment In The Treatment Of Insomnia Of CKD3-4

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Huanglian Ejiao Ointment in the clinical treatment of insomnia caused by heart-kidney incompatibility in CKD3-4 patients.Methods:The 62 patients were divided into a test group and a control group with 31 cases each.The test group received basic treatment + modified Huanglian Ejiao ointment,and the control group received basic treatment +Tianmeng capsule treatment.The observation time was 60 days.The scores of insomnia severity scale,PSQI scale and TCM syndrome score scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the changes of SCr,BUN and HB levels before and after treatment were observed.Assess the improvement of sleep and TCM syndromes,and analyze the changes in SCr,BUN,and HB levels.Results:1.ISI score:After treatment,the ISI score of the two groups was compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that Jiawei Huanglian Ejiao Ointment has the same effect as Tianmeng Capsule in reducing the severity of insomnia in patients with CKD3-4 heart and kidney incompatibility quite.2.PSQI score:After treatment,the comparison of sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction in the two groups of PSQI factors,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the comparison of the total PSQI score and the scores of other factors between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant.It shows that Jiawei Huanglian Ejiao Ointment is better than Tianmeng Capsules in improving sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction in patients with CKD3-4 heart-kidney incompatibility insomnia.It has better effects on overall sleep and sleep quality,time required to fall asleep,and actual sleep time.,Nocturnal sleep-related symptoms,hypnotic drugs and other aspects of improving effects are equivalent to Tianmeng Capsules.3.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the two groups were upset and insomnia,palpitations and dreams,dizziness and tinnitus,waist and knees soreness,hot flashes and night sweats,five upset fever symptom score comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;difficulty falling asleep,swallowing Comparison of symptoms of dry Shaojin,male spermatorrhea or women with irregular menstruation,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.It shows that the modified Huanglian Ejiao ointment can improve the symptoms of CKD3-4 patients with heart and kidney incompatibility,insomnia,upset,insomnia,palpitations and dreams,dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee pain,hot flashes and night sweats,five upset fever symptoms are better than sweet dream capsules,and The improvement effect on the symptoms of difficulty falling asleep,dry throat,lack of fluids,nocturnal emission in men or irregular menstruation in women is equivalent to that of Tianmeng Capsules.4.Comparison of disease efficacy:After treatment,the levels of SCr,BUN,and HB between the two groups were compared,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the intervention method of Jiawei Huanglian Ejiao ointment can reduce the levels of SCr and BUN in patients with CKD3-4 heart-kidney incompatibility insomnia and The effect of improving HB level is stronger than that of Tianmeng capsule intervention.Conclusion:1.Modified Huanglian Ejiao ointment has a good clinical effect in treating CKD3-4 patients with heart-kidney incompatibility.The overall effect is basically the same as that of Tianmeng Capsules,and it is better than Tianmeng Capsules in sleep efficiency and daytime function.2.Modified Huanglian Ejiao Ointment has a good effect in improving TCM syndromes.It is significantly better than Tianmeng Capsules in improving upset and insomnia,palpitations and dreams,dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee pain,hot flashes,night sweats,and five upset fever symptoms.Reduce the levels of SCr and BUN in patients with stage CKD3-4,and increase the level of HB.
