Data Mining Professor Chen Baogui’s Rule Of Prescription Medication In The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer Of Deficiency And Cold Type And Clinical Effect Observation Of Yuyang Granules

Objective:Using statistics and data mining techniques,we summarized and analyzed Professor Chen Guigui’s prescriptions for treating peptic ulcer(PU)with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold(PU),and obtained the core drugs for the treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold peptic ulcer(PU).The composition of this core drug was guided by Professor Chen Guigui and obtained the experience-effective prescription Yuyang Decoction(Yuyang Granules).Then,by observing the clinical efficacy and gastroscopic performance of Yuyang Granules combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type,and evaluating the effectiveness and safety of Yuyang Granules,it provides feasible treatment for the treatment of PU with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 1.Data mining: Screened out 100 cases of PU diagnosed as spleen-stomach-deficie-ncy-cold PU in the outpatient clinic of Professor Chen Baogui from January 2016 to December 2019,using statistical software such as Microsoft Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS 20.0,using correlation analysis,Data mining using methods such as cluster analysis,analysis of Professor Chen Baogui’s prescriptions for treating spleen-stomachdeficiency-cold PU,and deriving the core medications,and under the guidance of Professor Chen Baogui,the empirical and effective prescription Yuyang Decoction(Yuyang Granules).2.Clinical observation: 80 cases of PU patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuqing District,Tianjin,and divided into 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules and rebamipide tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yuyang granules on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the TCM symptom scores and gastroscopy status of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and use SPSS 20.0 for statistical analysis of all statistical data.Results: 1.Data mining results: Professor Chen Guigui’s treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type PU medicine mainly has Xin Wen and Gan Ping in nature and flavor;most of its meridians are in the spleen and stomach meridians.Through analysis,it is concluded that the core drugs for the treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type PU by Professor Chen Baobao are: Pinellia,Baiji,Corydalis,Citrus aurantium,dried ginger,Cyperus rotundus,Panax notoginseng powder,Codonopsis,Sea cuttlefish,Jiao Sanxian,Amomum villosum;Gao;The frequency compatible drug pairs are: Citrus aurantium-Baiji,Corydalis-Baiji,Dried ginger-Pinellia ternata,Citrus aurantium-Pinellia ternata,Cyperus rotundus-Pinellia,Corydalis-Pinellia ternata,Panax notoginseng powder-Baiji,Xiangfu-White and Codonopsis,Codonopsis-White and Codonopsis-Pinellia,Scutellaria-White and Codonopsis.Under the guidance of Professor Chen Guigui,the core drug has been derived from the experience-effective prescription Yuyang Decoction(Yuyang Granules).The prescriptions are: ginger pinellia 12 g,dried ginger 9g,xiangfu 10 g,corydalis 10 g,sea cuttlefish 30 g,white and 6g,three Qifen 3g,Codonopsis 10 g,Fructus Aurantii 6g,Roasted Licorice 6g.2.Clinical research results: Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 97.1%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.3%.The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the observation group was generally better than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of clinical symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine: After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups can be effectively improved(P<0.05),and the observation group is better than the control group.Comparison of the efficacy of ulcer healing under gastroscopy: After treatment,the effective rate of ulcer healing under gastroscopy in the observation group was 94.3%,and the effective rate of ulcer healing under gastroscope in the control group was 84.2%.There was no statistically significant difference in ulcer healing efficacy between the two groups under gastroscopy(P>0.05),the ulcer healing effect is equivalent.And there were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the experiment.Conclusion: 1.Professor Chen Guigui treats PU of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type,guarding the pathogenesis,taking warming the middle and dispelling cold,healing ulcers and relieving pain as the main method.The prescription and application rules are as follows:(1)The nature and flavor of high-frequency drugs are mainly Xin Wen and Gan Ping;the main meridians are the spleen and stomach meridians.(2)The core drugs are mainly Pinellia and Baiji,combined with other prescriptions.(3)Digestion and stasis are combined with dampness and qi.Such as Jiao Sanxian-Amomum villosum compatibility;(4)Co-regulation and lifting to prevent soreness and pain.Such as Codonopsis-Fructus Aurantii,Scutellaria-Corydalis,etc.;(5)Pharmacological mutual reference.Such as panax notoginseng powder,cuttlebone,white and so on.2.Yuyang granule combined with rabeprazole drug group can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the TCM syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold PU,and promote the healing of ulcers,with significant curative effect.It has the characteristics of safety and reliability.
