| Objective Peptic Ulcer is one of the common clinical diseases.As is known to all,Helicobacter pylori infection is the crucial cause of disease formation.Therefore,whether we can eradicate H.pylori or not,resolving the success or failure of therapeutic schedule of helicobacter pylori-related PU.The conventional scheme to eradicate H.p is Typical Triple Therapy.Although the scheme has obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect in eradicating H.p infection,as the emergence of Antibiotic resistance problems,the effct of Typical Triple Therapy was decreased.Therefore,it is a long and arduous task to seek a more effctive integrated Chinese-western therapy for peptic ulcer.In order to reach that goal,this observation emploied Aconite cake-separated moxibustion combined with Typical Triple Therapy and pure Triple Therapy for the treatment of deficient cold peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach,is to compare the objective curative effect of these two therapies.Methods The 60 cases which conform to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was Aconite cake-separated moxibustion combined with Typical Triple Therapy,and the control group was pure Triple Therapy.The control group emploied typical triple therapy(Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules,Clarithromycin Tablets and Amoxicillin Capsules)to eradicate H.p for 2 weeks firstly.Two weeks after treatment,continued to oral Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules for 4weeks.The treatment group emploied Aconite cake-separated moxibustion onces a day for 2 weeks on the basis of the control group.Two weeks later,continued to oral Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules for 4 weeks.The total course of these groups were 6 weeks.Through the symptomatic score of TCM,clinical efficacy of TCM,Gastroscope curative efficacy,clearance rate of H.pylori and recurrence rate to evaluate the effect.Results1.The symptomatic score of TCM Compared with the symptomatic score of TCM of two groups before and after treatment,it was significantly lower than before(P<0.01).After treatment,difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Clinical efficacy of TCM After treatment,the treatment group included 10 cured cases,11 significantly effctive cases,7 effective cases,2 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group included 6 cured cases,7significantly effctive cases,11 effective cases,6 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Gastroscope curative efficacy After treatment,the treatment group included 14 cured cases,9significantly effctive cases,5 effective cases,2 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group included 8 cured cases,7significantly effctive cases,10 effective cases,5 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Clearance rate of H.pylori After treatment,the treatment group included 26 H.pylori-negative cases,4H.pylori-positive cases,and the total effective rate was 86.37%.While another group included 19 H.pylori-negative cases,11 H.pylori-positive cases,and the total effective rate was 63.33%.Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Recurrence rate of H.pylori The H.pylori negative patients were followed up 6 month later.The treatment group had 2 cases relapsed,and the recurrence rate of H.pylori was7.69%.While another group had 7 cases relapsed,and the recurrence rate ofH.pylori was 36.84%.Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.This study has proved that whether Aconite cake-separated moxibustion combined with Typical Triple Therapy or pure Triple Therapy be used to treat peptic ulcer could obtain satisfactory effect.They could improve the clinical symptoms of patients and ulcer conditions,eradicate H.pylori,ameliorate quality of life of patients.2.Compared between the two groups,the effect of treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,ulcer conditions,H.pylori eradication rate and preventing the recurrence rate is more prominent than control group.It proves that Aconite cake-separated moxibustion combined with Typical Triple Therapy would be a better scheme for the treatment of deficient cold peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach. |
