Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of spleen and stomach deficiency peptic ulcer, study the clinical application value of spleen and temperature healing formula, evaluate the clinical efficacy of spleen and temperature healing formula, and provide a reference for the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency peptic ulcer. Methods:A total of 72 patients with peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency were enrolled in this trial, and 36 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jianspleen Wen Zhong Healer Formula combined with Western drug rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets, and the control group was treated with Western medicine rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, and both the treatment group and the control group took the drug for 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome points, gastroscopic changes and total effective rate of treatment before and after treatment were observed,as well as safety indicators such as blood routine, liver function, kidney function, and electrocardiogram.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: after the two groups of patients were treated according to the experimental protocol, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06%;The total effective rate of the control group was 88.24%,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),which proved that the treatment group had a higher efficacy than the control group.2.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of Western medicine: after the two groups of patients were treated according to the experimental protocol, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%;The total effective rate of the control group was 85.29%,and the treatment group had a significant difference(P<0.05)from the control group, which proved that the treatment group had a higher efficacy than the control group.3.Comparison of gastroscopy: there were significant differences in the gastroscopy staging comparison between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),the gastroscopy staging comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the comparison of ulcer area before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison of ulcer area between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),which proved that both groups had a curative effect on the treatment of ulcers, but the treatment group had better efficacy.4.Comparison of TCM symptom points: the results of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed, and the results were significantly different(P<0.05),which proved that the single symptom points of the two groups were significantly improved, and the single symptom points of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the efficacy of the two symptom treatment groups of loss of appetite and panscopic salivation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),stomach pain, loose stool, fatigue,The efficacy of the four symptoms of limb warmth was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05),and the total symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),which proved that the overall clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the total symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed, and the results were significantly different(P<0.05),which proved that the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: after six months of re-examination of gastroscopy, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.25%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 17.24%,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than thatof the control group.6.Analysis of safety indicators: During the treatment, there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine, liver function, kidney function, urine routine, stool routine, and electrocardiogram, which proved that the test was safe. Conclusions: The combination of spleen and temperature combination with rabeprazole has excellent clinical efficacy in improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, promoting ulcer repair and healing, and reducing the recurrence rate of PU in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold PU,and the test is safe and has no adverse drug reactions, which is worthy of continued research and promotion in clinical practice.
