Clinical Study Of Wenzhong Yuyang Granules Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of NSAIDs Related Peptic Ulcer(Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Wenzhong Yuyang Granules combined with western medicine in treating NSAIDs-related peptic ulcer(spleen and stomach deficiency).Methods:The 74 NS AIDs-related peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group received rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets.The treatment group received Wenzhong Yuyang Granules based on the control group.For 6 weeks.All subjects underwent gastroscopy before and after treatment to observe changes in ulcer morphology,TCM syndrome scores,and evaluate their safety.Result:1.In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.17%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.73%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment.In the treatment group,the treatment group has the following symptoms:stomachache hidden pain,warmth pressing,fasting pain,weight loss and pain,prone to onset or aggravation in the event of cold or fatigue,lack of appetite,fatigue and fatigue,and limbs are not warm.It is better than the control group(P<0.05);there are no statistical differences between the two groups for loose stools and pan-tonic clear water,and the efficacy is equivalent(P>0.05).3.The control group had better scores for each symptom before treatment than after treatment(P<0.05);the treatment group had different scores for each symptom before treatment and after treatment,and the effect after treatment was better(P<0.05).4.After medication according to the prescribed course of treatment,the effective rate of gastroscope in the treatment group was 94.11%,and that in the control group was 75.76%.After the test,P<0.05,the difference in treatment plan between the two groups was statistically significant.5.The patient did not show any adverse reactions before and after treatment.Conclusion:Wenzhong Yuyang Granules combined with western medicine can promote the healing quality of ulcer.Compared with western medicine alone,the effect is better.It can obviously alleviate the gastric pain in patients with ulcers.Symptoms that are easy to attack or worsen,less appetite,fatigue,and cold limbs are safe,effective,and no obvious adverse reactions for patients with NSAIDs-related peptic ulcers.
