ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer-related cough, observe the clinical efficacy of the method of replenishing qi and dissipating phlegm on non-small cell lung cancer-related cough, and explore the treatment of replenishing qi and dissolving phlegm on the treatment of lung cancer-related cough. It can provide more effective and safe treatment measures for lung cancer-related cough, and provide objective basis and new ideas for clinical treatment of lung cancer-related cough.MethodsA randomized controlled research method was used to select 70 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and cough who were inpatient and outpatient of the Oncology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to November 2020 and met the enrollment criteria. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them, there were 35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with compound methoxenamin capsule;the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Yiqi Huatan Fang and compound methoxenamin capsule, both of the groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment. The observations were continued for14 days. The main observation items were cough symptom score,TCM syndrome score, functional status score(KPS score)and safety indicators. At the same time, the scores before the treatment, the treatment on the 7th day and the 14 th day were recorded. To evaluate the improvement of TCM syndromes, changes in functional status and its safety with the method of replenishing qi and resolving phlegm in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer-related cough,Establishing a database, and using SPSS26.0 statistical software analysis the data,to compare the results of the two groups.ResultsA total of 70 observation subjects were included in this clinical study. After 14 days of observation,0 cases were dropped. Finally,a total of 70 observation subjects completed the study, including 35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group.1 The baseline situationBefore treatment, the age, gender, pathological type, course of disease and other aspects of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. The results found that: P>0.05,no statistical difference, can be compared.2 Comparison of cough symptom scores2.1 Comparison before treatment: there was no statistical difference in cough symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared.2.2 Comparison within the group: The cough symptom scores of the two groups on the 7th day of treatment and the 14 th day of treatment were compared with those before treatment,P<0.01,there was significant difference.2.3 Comparison between groups: Comparing the cough symptom scores of the two groups on the 7th day of treatment,it was found that P<0.01,there was a significant difference;comparing the cough symptom scores of the two groups on the 14 th day of treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.2.4 Efficacy comparison: after 14 days of treatment,5(14.29%)cases of observation group were clinically controlled,24(68.57%)cases were markedly effective,6(17.14%)cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 82.86%;the control group was clinically controlled after 14 days of treatment 1(2.86%)cases,21(60.00%)cases were markedly effective, and 13(37.14%)cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 62.86%;the curative effect was significantly different(P<0.01),indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction benefited after 14 days of treatment The total effective rate of Qi Huatan Recipe is better than that of oral compound methoxyphenamine capsules.3 Comparison of TCM syndrome scores3.1 Comparison before treatment: There was no statistical difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.2 Comparison within the group: The scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups on the 7th day of treatment and the 14 th day of treatment were compared with those before treatment,P<0.01,there was significant difference.3.3 Comparison between groups: Compared with the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after 7 days of treatment,P>0.05,which is not statistically significant;compared on the 14 th day of treatment,P<0.01,there is a significant difference.3.4 Efficacy comparison: after 14 days of treatment in the observation group,2(5.71%)cases were markedly effective,29(82.86%)cases were effective, and 4(11.43%)cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 88.57%;the control group was markedly effective after 14 days of treatment(0.00%)Cases,16 cases were effective(45.71%)cases,19 cases(54.29%)were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 45.71%.There was a significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that oral compound methoxenamin capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction benefit Qi Huatan Fang was better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.4 Function status score(KPS score)4.1 Comparison before treatment: KPS scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,(P > 0.05),which could be compared.4.2 Comparison within the group: The observation group was compared on the 7th day of treatment with that before treatment,P<0.01,there was a significant difference;the control group on the 7th day of treatment compared with the score before treatment,P>0.05,no statistical significance;two groups of scores On the 14 th day of treatment, compared with before treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant..4.3 Comparison between groups: Comparison of scores between the two groups on the 7th day of treatment and the 14 th day of treatment,P<0.01,there is a significant difference.4.4 Efficacy comparison: the observation group improved in 18(51.43%)cases after 14 days of treatment,17(48.57%)cases were stable, and 0(0.0%)cases were reduced;the control group improved in 7(20.00%)cases after 14 days of treatment, and stabilized 23(65.71)%)cases,a decrease of 5(14.29%)cases,P<0.05,there is a difference, indicating that the KPS score of the combined traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huatan Decoction improved more significantly after 14 days of treatment.5 Safety indicatorsThe safety indicators of the two groups before treatment were compared with those on the 14 th day of treatment,P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Conclusions1.The method of replenishing qi and resolving phlegm can effectively improve the cough symptoms of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, reduce the number of coughs, and effectively relieve the symptoms of wheezing.2.The method of replenishing qi and resolving phlegm can improve the KPS score of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and cough, and improve the quality of life of patients.3.The method of replenishing qi and resolving phlegm can effectively improve the TCM clinical syndromes of qi deficiency and phlegm dampness in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and cough.4.The method of replenishing qi and resolving phlegm in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer-related cough, there is no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment process, and the treatment method is safe and reliable. |
