Objective: Through the experiment and clinical observation lung tumor suppression paste on the curative effect of phlegm wet type intrinsic non-small cell lung cancer, has provided the new mentality for the TCM treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods: 1.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer to establish phlegmy wet type intrinsic non-small cell mouse model combined disease, the macro and micro of characterization in mice by determination of blood lipids, hemorrheology, established the evaluation model of the reliability and stability.2.Will be set up by the phlegm wet intrinsic physical mice under aseptic conditions, with a syringe in the rat axillary Lewis tumor cell suspension inoculation(0.2 ml/only), and vaccinated mice tumor cells can be divided into to the medicine group and the control group, the given drugs for pulmonary tumor suppression creams, and observe the general status, changes in body weight in mice, volume change of tumor, lung tumor metastasis and serum VEGF level in mice.3.Using lewis mice tumor-burdened bone tissue samples, 18 to 20 samples of EGFR gene,19,20,21 extra child sequencing. Clinical 4. the selection of 50 cases of phlegm wet intrinsic physical non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into pure chemotherapy group(25 cases) and chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group(25 cases), after treatment for 3 months for patients with clinical symptom score, quality of life, KPS score, objective curative effect evaluation of solid tumor and the microcosmic indexes of blood lipids, hemorrheology, serum VEGF.Results:1. Using high fat feed phlegmy wet intrinsic quality, and the mice model is set up to the obvious difference between mice and mass; 2.lung tumor suppression paste in inhibiting tumor volume growth in mice and control of pulmonary metastasis rate, improve blood high condensation, high adhesion state level inhibit VEGF expression has obvious curative effect; 3. lung tumor suppression of EGFR mutations of non small cell lung cancer is remarkable curative effect; 4. clinical observation showed that pulmonary tumor suppression cream in improving patients’ clinical symptoms, improve the quality of survival, to control tumor growth and metastasis, and improve the patient’s blood state of high pour-point and high adhesion as well as reduce the serum VEGF level has obvious curative effect.
