The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Bronchial Lung Cancer (Qi Yin Deficiency Type) Cough

Purpose: This topic from the perspective of the qi,qi and Yin deficiency for cough is a common type of lung cancer,and then discusses the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine prescription lily solid gold tonga taste for treating non-small cell lung cancer(qi and Yin deficiency type)the curative effect of cough,through clinical observation on clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,thus to study the treatment lung cough new train of thought and effective method,and in the future for its dialectical application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,study to explore new methods and new ideas.Method:Was conducted based on clinical observation,this study selected clinical 70 cases,the main from changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital the department of lung disease,tumor onset of clinic outpatient service,as well as the regions of jilin university second hospital outpatient service.They were then divided into two groups of 35.In the treatment group,35 patients were given oral dose of lilium solid gold decoction,and 35 patients in the control group were given oral administration of compound methoxamine capsules,and the treatment duration was 10 days.Then clinical observation of its symptoms was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:After a statistical test conclusion,the results prove that Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer by supplementing qi(qi and Yin deficiency type)cough the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.29%,control group total effective rate was 74.29%,the result showed that the curative effect of the two groups have significant difference(P <0.05),the results showed that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:It is reliable to treat the symptoms and quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
