| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Decoction comined with chemotherapy in the treatment patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(Qi Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods: The patients were all from the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Ward and Respiratory Ward of Gansu Cancer Hospital.A total of 60 cases were collected.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups,namely: the experimental group and the control group.Both groups were given the same chemotherapy regimen.However,on the basis of chemotherapy,the experimental group was also given the tutor’s experience prescription-Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Formula,30 patients in each group.3 weeks is a course of treatment,and both groups aretreated for 3 cycles.This study recorded the observational indicators of each patient(remission of tumor lesions,tumor markers CY21-1,changes in CEA,Karnofsky score,clnicl symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,quality of life,peripheral blood,etc.)andsafety indicators(Electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function,urine routine,stool routine)to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this prescription in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy.All data were processed and analyzed with SPSS25.0 software.Results: The experimental group and the control group each dropped 1 case,and 29 cases in each group were statistically analyzed.1.The calculation and statistical analysis of related data(P>0.05)show that the tutor’s experience prescription-Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Recipe is not effective in reducing the lesions of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.2.Evaluation of serum tumor markers CEA and CY21-1 levels: a week before treatment and 1 week after treatment,venous blood was drawn from each fasting for testing 2times,and the results were recorded.The data collected in the experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed.After analysis(P<0.05),it is conclded that the tutor’s experience prescription-Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin prescription can significantly reduce the values of CEA and CY21-1 after adding chemotherapy,indicating that the prescription is effective.3.QOL score: The QOL scores of the two regimens were improved before and after treatment,indicating that both methods can improve the patient’s quality of life(P<0.05),but the score increased more significantly after adding Chinese medicine decoction,indicating that the prescription is effective.4.KPS core:Z=-2.328,P=0.020<0.05,it shows that the tutor’s experience formula-Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can improve the physical condition of patients after chemotherapy,indicating that this formula is effective.5.Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: The tutor’s experience prescription-Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Recipe can relieve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).6.Peripheral blood picture changes: The two groups of patients were tested by rank sum after treatment,and the calculated P of WBC,NEUT and PLT were all less than 0.05,indicating that the prescription is effective.7.Safety index: After comparing the two groups,it is concluded that the tutor’s experience formula-Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin formula is safe(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Recipe combined with chemotherapy can reduce and stabilize the lesions in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,which is similar to chemotherapy.2.Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Recipe combined with chemotherapy can reduce serum CEA and CY21-1 values in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.3.Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin Recipe can improve the physical status of patients after chemotherapy and the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Pei’s Yiqi Yangyin formula can alleviate the myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy,and has no side effects and adverse reactions. |
