Clinical Observation Of Bufei Tongbai Decoction In Treating Postoperative Lung Cancer-associated Cough(Lung Qi Deficiency Type) In Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Bufei Tongbai Decoction on postoperative lung cancer-associated cough(lung qi deficiency type)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,this study verifies its effectiveness and safety in order to provide reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods:In this study,60 patients meeting the criteria were included and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with compound methoxamine capsules for two weeks;On the basis of treatment of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Bufei Tongbai Decoction for two weeks.Cough symptom score,LCQ(Leicester Cough Questionnaire)score,TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)syndrome score,KPS score and safety index of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the data were analyzed to evaluate the efficacy objectively.Results:(1)Cough symptom scores:The scores of cough symptoms in the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.001).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 8 3.3 3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)LCQ scores:After treatment,the scores of both groups increased in terms of physiology,psychology,social region,and total score(P<0.001).In the physiological area,the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,the total score and the score of each single symptom in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 8 6.67%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 56.67%.The improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.001).(4)KP S scores:In the experimental group,76.67%of patients improved,23.3 3%of patients were stable,and 0.00%of patients decreased;In the control group,46.67%of patients improved,5 3.3 3%of patients were stable,and 0.00%of patients decreased.The improvement of functional status in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Safety indicators:There was no signifi cant abnormal change in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Bufei Tongbai Decoction can effectively improve postoperative lung cancer-related cough(lung qi deficiency type)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.2.Bufei Tongbai Decoction can improve the LCQ score and KPS score of patients with lung cancer-related cough(lung qi deficiency type)after non-small cell lung cancer surgery and improve patients’ quality of life.3.Bufei Tongbai Decoction can effectively improve the TCM clinical syndromes of patients with lung cancer-related cough(lung qi deficiency type)after non-small cell lung cancer surgery.4.Bufei Tongbai Decoction has good safety in treating lung cancer-related cough(lung qi deficiency type)after non-small cell lung cancer surgery.
