| Objective: This topic takes the piriformis injury syndrome as the object of observation to compare and observe the clinical effects of the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method and the lifting and twisting acupuncture method on the piriformis injury syndrome,it confirms the curative advantage of Cangguitanxue acupuncture method in the treatment of piriformis injury syndrome,and provides a reference for the clinical optimization of different acupuncture methods in the treatment of piriformis injury syndrome.method:1.Grouping: Using the random grouping method,60 patients with piriformis injury syndrome who meet the criteria were divided into the lifting and twisting acupuncture method group and the Canggui probing acupoint acupuncture method group.There were 30 cases in both groups.2.Treatment:2.1 Point selection: Refer to the prescription of piriformis syndrome in Acupuncture Therapeutics(Second Edition): Huangtiao,Zhibian,Yinmen,Weizhong,Yanglingquan,Xuanzhong,Ashi point2.2 Lifting and twisting acupuncture method group: After the operator quickly pierced 2-2.5 inches vertically at the Huantiao acupoint,he lifted and twisted to De Qi,and the other acupoints were pierced quickly and straight into the acupoint,,applying the reinforcing-reducing method,lifting and twisting to De Qi.Among them,acupuncture Zhibian to 1.5-2 inches,Yinmen to 1-2 inches,Weizhong and Yanglingquan to 1-1.5 inches,and Xuanzhong to 0.5-0.8 inch.During the 30-minute needle retention period,operate the lifting and twisting technique 1 time/15 minutes,and the needle can be pulled out without lifting and twisting when taking out the needle.2.3 Cangguitanxue acupuncture Xuanzhong group:The operator quickly inserts the needle vertically to the ground(2-2.5 inches)at the Huantiao acupoint,lifts and twists,and then retracts the needle to the ground(approximately 0.5 inches)after De Qi.Then adjust the acupuncture angle to 45 degrees,and puncture in the four directions of up,down,left,and right.Slowly insert the needle in each direction,gradually deepen the needle according to the sky,person,and ground,and insert the needle 2-2.5 inches.Lifting and inserting twists and retreats to the sky.After the operation,the needle is lifted to the sky and pierced directly to the ground.After De Qi,the needle is kept for 30 minutes.and the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method is performed every 15 minutes.and the needle can be pulled out without operating the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method when taking out the needle.The other acupoint acupuncture methods,acupuncture frequency,and depth are the same as those in the lifting,inserting and twisting acupuncture group.3.Course of treatment: Acupuncture treatment is performed once a day,6 times a week without interruption,followed by a day of rest,a total of 2 courses of treatment.4.Statistical methods: Before the start of treatment and after the end of the two courses,the visual analog pain score,ODI scores,and symptom and signs scores of all patients in the two groups were counted,and compare the clinical efficacy.Use SPSS26.0 software to analyze all data.result:There were no eliminated,discontinued and dropped cases in this subject,and no accidents and adverse reactions occurred.1.Statistics and analysis of the gender,age,and disease course of the patients in the two groups,P>0.05,,indicating that there is no statistical difference in gender,age and disease course between the two groups,and they are comparable.2.VAS scores:(1)Before treatment,the VAS scores of all patients were compared and analyzed.P>0.05,the difference between the two groups is meaningless,which means that the two groups can be compared.(2)The VAS scores of the patients in the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method group and the lifting and twisting acupuncture method group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the P value was less than 0.05,it shows that both treatment options have analgesic.(3)Comparing the difference in VAS scores before and after treatment between the two groups,P<0.05,and the difference between the two groups have no significance.It shows that the two treatment options have different effects in analgesia,and the curative effect of the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method is better than that of the Lifting and twisting acupuncture method.3.ODI scores:(1)The ODI scores before treatment was compared between the two groups,P>0.05,which was not statistically significant,and the comparison between the two groups was significant.(2)The ODI scores of the patients in the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method group and the lifting and twisting acupuncture method group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,showed that the P value was less than0.05,indicating that both treatment options can improve dysfunction.(3)Compare the difference between the ODI scores after 2 courses of treatment and the ODI scores before the start of treatment for patients in the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method group and the lifting and twisting acupuncture method group.P<0.05,there was a significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the two treatment options are different in improving dysfunction,and the curative effect of the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method is better than that of the Lifting and twisting acupuncture method.4.Symptoms and signs scores:(1)Before treatment,the Symptoms and signs scores of all patients were compared and analyzed.P>0.05,the difference between the two groups is meaningless,which means that the two groups can be compared.(2)The scores of symptoms and signs the patients in the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method group and the lifting and twisting acupuncture method group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the P value was less than 0.05,indicating that the two treatment options can improve the symptoms and signs.(3)Comparing the difference in the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups,P<0.05,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.It shows that the two treatment options have different effects in improving symptoms and signs.and the curative effect of the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method is better than that of the Lifting and twisting acupuncture method.5.In terms of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the Lifting and twisting acupuncturemethod group was 80%.After statistical analysis.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,It shows that the clinical effect of the Cangguitanxue acupuncture method was better than the Lifting and twisting acupuncture method.in conclusion:1.Lifting and twisting acupuncture method and Cangguitanxue acupuncture method have significant effects on the treatment of piriformis injury syndrome.2.Cangguitanxue acupuncture method is more effective than Lifting and
