Objective:By observing the flavored huanglian wendan tang in the treatment of functional dyspepsia postprandial discomfort syndrome(postprandial distress syndrome,PDS)(spleen and stomach syndrome)before and after treatment in patients with clinical manifestations, which discuss flavored huanglian wendan tang the curative effect of treatment of these patients, for flavored huanglian wendan tang in the treatment of functional dyspepsia postprandial discomfort syndrome(spleen and stomach syndrome)to provide an objective basis. Methods:From November 2019 to December 2020,72 cases of PDS patients were collected from Guoyi Hall of Jiangxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Guoyi Hall of the second affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,The patients met the diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia post-meal discomfort syndrome,And in accordance with the spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,According to the order of visits,The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,There were 36 cases. To the control group of gastric motility drugs(mosapride citrate tablets,Treatment group taking Flavoured rhizoma coptidis soup treatment,Take 4 weeks as the treatment cycle. The therapeutic effect of functional dyspepsia was evaluated with reference to the expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases with integrated Chinese and western medicine(editor-in-chief:Li Junxiang,Chen Jian people’s Health Publishing House,July 2019,1st edition),first edition.Observation indexes:(1)To observe the improvement of the symptoms of functional dyspepsia syndrome, such as post-meal fullness, early satiety, upper abdominal pain or upper abdominal burning;(2)To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome;(3)The scores of Nipine dyspepsia symptom index(NDSI)and Nipine dyspepsia quality of life index(NDLQI);(4)Safety of therapeutic drugs in both groups.Result:1.Comparison of clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia syndrome:①Analysis of total therapeutic effects of functional dyspepsiaThe total effective rate was 91.2%in the treatment group and 72.7%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(X 2=3.871,P X 2=0.049<0.05),and 61.8%and 30.3%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(X 2=6.668,P X 2=0.01,0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of western medicine.②Comparison of TCM Symptom Main PointsBefore treatment, the single symptom score and non-parametric test(Mann-Whitney test)were selected between the two groups, and the P values were greater than 0.05,which was comparable. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P value<0.01),and nonparametric test(Mann-Whitney test)showed that the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).③Comparison of TCM Symptom Secondary PointsBefore the treatment, the non-parametric test(Mann-Whitney test)was selected to compare the scores between the two groups. The P value was greater than 0.05.2.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes in two groups①Analysis of the total curative effect of TCM syndromesThe total effective rate of TCM symptom was 94.1%in the treatment group and 63.6%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(X 2=9.413,P X 2=0.002<0.01),and 67.6%and 33.3%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(X 2=7.889,P X 2=0.005,0.01),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome.②Comparison of TCM Symptom Main PointsSingle symptom score between the two groups before treatment,Select the nonparametric test(Man-Whitney test),All P values were greater than 0.05,Comparability.And after treatment,Both groups showed a downward trend,By Wilkerson’s sign rank test,There were significant differences(all P values<0.01);Intergroup comparisons,Using a nonparametric test(Wilcoxson sign rank test),found that the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01)in the symptom score of the main symptoms(epigastric fullness, sticky, stool upset, urine short yellow)symptom score lower than the control group(P<0.01).③Comparison of TCM Symptom Secondary PointsBefore the treatment, the non-parametric test(Mann-Whitney test)was selected to compare the scores between the two groups. The P value was greater than 0.05.Before and after treatment, the scores of the two groups did not accord with the normal distribution, and the non-parametric test(Wilcoxson sign rank test)was selected before and after treatment. The P values of the two groups were less than 0.05.After treatment,non-parametric test was selected(Man-Whitney U test).Head and body weight:compared with the control group, the P= was 0.001<0.05,there was significant difference.Oral bitter mouth sticky:compared with the control group, the P= was 0.000<0.05,there was significant difference.Stool upset:the treatment group and the control group,P=0.000<0.05,there is a significant difference.Urination short yellow:compared with the control group, the P= was 0.002<0.05,there was significant difference.④Comparison of Total Integral Points of TCM SyndromeThere was no difference in total symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment, the total symptom score of treatment group and control group decreased significantly(P>0.01),indicating that both groups had significant effect on FD treatment. The total symptom score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P P>0.01).3.The scores of Niping dyspepsia symptom index(NDSI)and Niping dyspepsia quality of life index(NDLQI)were compared:the scores of NDSI scale in treatment group and control group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the scores of NDLQI scale in group decreased and statistically significant(P<0)compared with those before treatment. The results showed that the two groups of drugs were effective in improving the symptoms and quality of life of FD patients, and the scores of NDSI scale and NDLQI scale after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms and quality of life.4.Comparison of recurrence rates:effective, effective and cured subjects were examined after 3 months,In the treatment group,31 were effective,27 successful visits,1 person suffering from mild to moderate after-meal fullness,The recurrence rate was 3.7.The control group was 24,All successful visits,Nine people experienced mild to moderate post-meal fullness,The recurrence rate was 37.5.In the comparison of recurrence rate,it was found that the treatment group had lower recurrence rate than the control group, statistically significant(P<0.05),It shows that the long-term treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.5.Treatment safety:during treatment,no discomfort was found in both groups, and no abnormal laboratory indexes related to drugs were found.Conclusion:(1)Flavoured rhizoma coptidis soup can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of functional dyspepsia spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome and improve the quality of life;(2)The traditional Chinese medicine decoction is economical, the side effect is few, reduces the recurrence;(3)The therapeutic effect is accurate and deserves further promotion, application and research.
