Clinical Observation Of Almond Talc Decoction In Treating Infantile Anorexia Of Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat

Objective: observing the clinical effect of modified almond talcum decoction in the treatment of children with spleen and stomach damp-heat anorexia,and preliminarily explore the effectiveness and safety of Almond Huan decoction in the treatment of children with spleen and stomach damp-heat anorexia.Method: Including seventy children with anorexia of spleen and stomach dampheat type in the standard,and the age ranged from 1 to 6 years old.Random numbers were divided into treatment group and control group.According to the ratio of 1:1,there were 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Almond Talc Decoction and the control group was treated with Huoxiang Qingwei Granules.Both groups were given dietary guidance.The course of treatment was as follows: 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores were counted and the score table was filled in.After the treatment,the efficacy and safety were evaluated,and the recurrence rate of the children who had clinically recovered from the disease was evaluated.In this trial,statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Almond Talc Decoction in the treatment of children with spleen and stomach damp-heat anorexia.Results: 1.Baseline consistency analysis: The treatment group and the control group are comparable in gender,age,condition,course of disease,height,body weight distribution,and TCM syndrome scores before treatment.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:(1)Comparison within the group: The treatment group and the control group have curative effects on the improvement of the main symptoms and the secondary symptoms,and the treatment group has a better effect of treatment for 4weeks than treatment for 2 weeks;(2)Comparison between groups: The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of appetite and food intake of the main symptoms,bad breath,sticky stool,foul stool and yellow urine in the secondary symptoms,and there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of nausea and vomiting.3.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate after 4 weeks of treatment is 91.18% in the treatment group and84.85% in the control group.In the evaluation of the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Evaluation of disease efficacy:The total effective rate of disease efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment was 88.24% in the treatment group and 78.79% in the control group.In terms of disease efficacy evaluation,the treatment group was better than the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.5.Evaluation of the recurrence rate: After the treatment,the clinically cured children were followed up for 4 weeks.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was10%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 20%.There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group.6.Safety evaluation: There were no obvious abnormalities in the auxiliary examinations and physical examinations of the two groups of children,and there were no adverse reactions during the experiment.Conclusion: Almond Talc Decoction has a definite clinical effect and good safety in the treatment of infantile spleen and stomach damp-heat anorexia.It is worthy of indepth clinical research and promotion.
