Jianpi Yufa Decoction For Treating Hair,MothTinea,Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:By clinical studies confirmed that the spleen decoction decay tinea capitis taste hot and damp card curative effect is better.Method:Choose meet eligibility criteria,a total of 74 patients with tinea capitis taste hot and damp card decay,were randomly divided into treatment group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases)and treatment group given orally from spleen)soup,daily 1 agent,1,2,water a blunt.Control to give oral except the fat hair piece,1,7,1,3 times.Both groups in 15 days for a period of treatment,continuous four courses of treatment.Result:1.The two groups in the process of study the fall off in 2 patients,the actual finished 70 cases.2.After four courses of treatment,clinical observation confirmed that treatment group cure 8 cases(22.86%),12 cases were markedly improved(34.29%),effective 7 cases(20%),8 cases(22.86%),the total effective rate was 77.14%;Control group 4 cases were cured(11.43%),6 cases were markedly improved(17.14%),effective in 13(37.14%),12 cases(34.29%),the total effective rate was 65.71%.The effectiveness of treatment group is higher than the control group.After statistics analysis,P<0.05,differences between the two groups have statistical significance.Conclusion:Clinical studies have shown that the spleen)decoction hair decay tinea capitis taste hot and damp card curative effect,no adverse reaction,worth clinical promotion.
