Objective: By observing the effect of Qingzhongtiaopi decoction combined wit h Mosapride Citrate in the treatment of postprandial discomfort syndrome(spleen-st omach damp-heat syndrome)of functional dyspepsia,analyzing the changes of TC M syndrome and western medicine main symptoms before and after treatment,and evaluating its clinical efficacy and safety,thus providing a new diagnosis and treat ment idea for the clinic.Methods: In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 72 patients diagnosed as postprandial discomfort syndrome of functional dyspepsi a(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome)were collected from December 2018 to Dec ember 2019 in the Outpatient Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and after strict diagnosis and exclusion of organic diseases.They were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group by random number table method.After statistical analysis,there is no difference between the two groups in age,sex,course of disease and other general conditions.The treatment group was treated wit h Qingzhongtiaopi decoction and Mosapride Citrate,while the control group was tre ated with Mosapride Citrate.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.Observed the in tegral changes of TCM syndromes and western medicine main symptoms before an d after treatment,analyzed and processed the statistical data with SPSS 22.0 statisti cal software,and evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzhong Tiaopi De coction combined with Mosapride Citrate in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-h eat syndrome of postprandial discomfort syndrome.Results:1.After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1% and tha t of the control group was 85.7% according to the curative effect evaluation of trad itional Chinese medicine syndromes.Comparatively speaking,the treatment group ha d obvious advantages.2.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups werecompared within the group.According to the statistical analysis,both the treatment group and the control group showed P(27)0.05,which was statistically significant,in dicating that both groups were effective in alleviating the TCM syndromes of PDS.Comparison between groups showed that P(27)0.05,indicating that the treatment grou p was more effective.The comparison of single symptom scores between the two g roups showed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western med icine was more effective than that of pure western medicine in the aspects of abdo minal distention and fullness,dry or bitter mouth,dry mouth without drinking and short yellow urine.In terms of sodium,nausea or vomiting,the two groups were e qually effective.3.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the main symptoms of western medi cine was evaluated.The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.1%,and that of the control group was 85.7%.The effect of the treatment group is better.4.After treatment,the total score changes of western medicine symptoms of the two groups were compared within and between the groups.According to statistical analysis,P(27)0.05 was found,suggesting that both groups were effective in relieving western medicine symptoms of post-meal discomfort syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,but the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group.5.No adverse reactions were found in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion: Qingzhong Tiaopi Decoction combined with Mosapride Citrate is s afe and effective in the treatment of postprandial discomfort syndrome(spleen-stoma ch damp-heat syndrome)of functional dyspepsia.It has significant effect on improvi ng its traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and main symptoms of western medici ne,and is better than western medicine alone.It will provide reference for clinical treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat PDS and enrich treatment methods.
