Clinical Observation Of Lianpo Xiaoyou Decoction In The Treatment Of HP Positive Duodenum Ulcer(Damp-heat Syndrome Of Spleen-stomach)

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Lianpo Xiaoyou Decoction in the treatment of HP positive duodenal ulcer（damp-heat syndrome of spleen-stomach）,and explore the new ideas and new methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat the disease.Methods:72 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into test and control group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with rebeprazole,amoxicillin,clarithromycin and pectin bismuth for 2 weeks,followed with rebeprazole for 2 weeks.The test group was treated with Lianpo Xiaoyou Decoction on the basis of the control group.The total course of both groups was 4 weeks.When Four weeks after discontinuation,¹³C-UBT was reviewed and the status of HP eradication was observed.The points and clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome in the two groups were observed after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.the changes in the quality of life score were observed after 4 weeks of treatment,and the occurrence of adverse events were observed during treatment.SPSS25.0software was used to statistical analyze the resulting data to compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:1.72 patients were enrolled,1 patients was shed in both the test group and the control group,and 70 patients were finally included in the statistics,including 35 patients in each group.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome points,and Quality of life score（P>0.05）,and they were comparable.2.HP eradication:When four weeks after discontinuation,the HP eradication rates in the test group and control group were 94.29%and 77.14%,respectively,and the test group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.3.TCM syndrome points:After 2 weeks of treatment,the points of TCM individual symptom of the test group were all superior to the control group（P<0.05）;After 4 weeks of treatment,the effect of the test group in improving epigastric fullness or pain,dry mouth or bitter mouth,dry mouth not wanting to drink,lack of appetite and short yellow urine were better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of nausea or vomiting（P>0.05）.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the total points of TCM syndrome in both groups were improved,and the test group was superior to the control group（P<0.01）.4.Efficacy of TCM syndrome:After 2 weeks of treatment,it was85.71%in the test group,60.00%in the control group,After 4 weeks of treatment,it was 97.14%in the test group,82.86%in the control group,the test group was all better than the control group（P<0.05）.5.Quality of life score:After 4 weeks of treatment,the quality of life score in both groups were improved,and the test group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.6.Safety comparison:no adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Lianpo Xiaoyou Decoction can improve the HP eradication rate in patients with HP positive duodenal ulcer（damp-heat syndrome of spleen-stomach）.2.Lianpo Xiaoyou Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with HP positive duodenal ulcer（damp-heat syndrome of spleen-stomach）.3.Lianpo Xiaoyou Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with HP positive duodenal ulcer（damp-heat syndrome of spleen-stomach）.
