| Objective:This study was guided by the recommendations of American Academy of Ophthalmology(AAO),the Asia-Pacific Association of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons(APACS)and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists(RCO).Based on evidence-based and Delphi methods,to develop a preoperative evaluation program of cataract surgery and test its reliability and validity,so as to provide evidence-based for clinical nurses of preoperative evaluation.Methods:1.To search the clinical practice guidelines and expert consensus related to preoperative evaluation of cataract surgery and elderly patients, and to determine the framework of preoperative evaluation of cataract surgery during day surgery. To review the high-quality literature related to day cataract surgery and to determine the basic contents of preoperative evaluation of cataract surgery. The recommendations of the clinical practice guidelines for cataract surgery published by AAO、APACRS、RCO are taken as the guiding framework to form a draft evaluation program. This study totally conducted two rounds of Delphi expert consultation survey.2.A total of 315 patients undergoing cataract surgery in Shanxi Province from October to December 2020 were evaluated before cataract surgery using the cataract day operation evaluation form to verify the reliability and validity of the preliminary evaluation form.Results:(1)The preoperative evaluation program of cataract surgery was constructed by evidence-based and Delphi method. In the first and second round of Delphi expert consultation, the recovery rate of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were both more than 95%,and the experts’ authority coefficient were 0.91 and 0.89,respectively,indicating a high degree of authority.Kendall’s W were 0.285 and 0.240,respectively.The preliminary pre-operative assessment of cataract surgery consists of 3 first-level indicators,12 secondary indicators and 53 tertiary indicators.(2)After the deletion of five items, the internal consistency coefficient of the overall scale is 0.660,and the Cronbach’s of the three dimensions ranges from 0.685 to 0.751,indicating a high degree of reliability and its structure was consistent with the original design. Conclusion:This study was guided by the recommendations of cataract surgery guidelines issued by Ophthalmology Associations.Based on evidence-based and Delphi method,it contains3 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 48 tertiary indicators. It has good reliability, validity and stability, and all indicators meet the measurement standards, which can provide guidance for clinical practice. |
