Clinical Effect Observation Of Sanhuang Plaster Combined With Sanhuang Embolus Anus After Perianal Abscess Operation

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of sanhuang plaster combined with sanhuang suppository anus for postoperative perianal abscess,and to confirm that sanhuang plaster combined with sanhuang suppository anus can improve postoperative complications and wound healing of perianal abscess,as well as improve patient satisfaction and life quality.The indexes of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and amyloid-A in peripheral blood of patients with perianal abscess were detected before and after treatment,and the effects of sanhuang plaster combined with sanhuang suppository on postoperative inflammatory factor indexes of perianal abscess were investigated.METHODS The patients who were evaluated and feasible for radical operation of perianal abscess were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control.On the basis of routine dressing change in the control group after surgery,the patients in the experimental group were included in the treatment of anal dressing change with sanhuang plaster applied on the wound surface and sanhuang suppositum.The incidence of postoperative complications,wound healing time,quality of life,and the changes of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and amyloid A indexes in peripheral blood before and after treatment were observed.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups on the 1st and 14 th postoperative days(P BBB 0 0.05).The overall complication score of sanhuang plaster and sanhuang suppositary group on the 4th and 7th day after surgery was better than that of the conventional dressing change group(P<0.05).The overall healing time of sanhuang plaster group was shorter than that of common dressing change group(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients at 14 days after operation was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in the changes of C-reactive protein,procalcin and amyloid A indexes in peripheral blood between the two groups before treatment and the 7th day(P>0.05).The C-reactive protein indexes in peripheral blood between the two groups on the 3rd day after surgery were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sanhuang plaster combined with sanhuang embolus anus can improve the postoperative complications and wound healing of perianal abscess,and can improve the satisfaction and quality of life of patients.The difference of C-reactive protein index level in peripheral blood after the operation of perianal abscess with sanhuang plaster and sanhuang embolus anus was statistically significant between the control group and the control group.
