Clinical Observation Of Tori Qudu Decoction Combined With Ultrasonic Debridement Machine On Wound Healing After Anal Carbuncle Surgery

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuoli Qudu Decoction combined with UDM in t-he treatment of AC-HTS postoperative wound healing of patients.Methods: In this study,63 patients met the experimental inclusion criteria who treated by the Department of Anorectal,the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there were 32 cases in control group,and 31 cases in treatment group.On the basis of usual treatment,the former was treated with Tuoli Qudu Decoction combined with UDM,and the latter only used Tuoli Qudu Decoction.Observing the various indicators of the wounds of two groups after AC surgery by treatment intervention,including wound healing time,wound healing rate,defecate pain,wound secretions,granulation tissue growth and the occurrence of edema.Therefore conduct statistical analysis on each index and draw a conclusionResult:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of gender,age,duration of disease and original postoperative wound area.(P>0.05);2.The pain relief from defecation of the treatment group at 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).;3.The growth of granulation tissue in the treatment group was better than that of the control group at 1and 2 weeks after surgery(P<0.05);4.Wound secretions in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group at 1and 2 weeks after surgery(P<0.05);5.The incidence of wound edema was 3.12% in the treatment group and 19.35% in the control group.The occurrence of edema in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).;6.The average healing rate of the first and second week after surgery was compared,the actual treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).;7.Comparison of the average wound healing time between the two groups after surgery showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion: Tori Detu Decoction combine with UDM can alleviate the pain of defecate,reduce the wound secretion,reduce the incidence of wound edema and promote the growth of granulation tissue after AC surgery,and accelerate the wound healing.Compared with only use of Tuoli Qudu Decoction,the combination of the two is more satisfactory and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
