| Objective: The purpose of this study was to alleviate the postoperative pain of patients and improve the curative effect by observing the clinical effect of Huangjin Promoting Healing Decoction on postoperative inflammation control and wound healing in patients with high anal carbuncle.Method: In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria after high anal carbuncle incision and thread drawing in the anorectal ward of affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).Both groups were treated with routine unified treatment plan before and after operation.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Huangjin Promoting Healing Decoction orally on the first day with normal diet after operation,one dose a day,taken warm in the morning and evening for two weeks.The first day after surgery was used as the pretreatment standard.The pain,granulation growth,wound exudate and wound repair were observed on the 7th,14 th and 21 st day after operation,and the scores were recorded.The changes of fasting blood inflammatory indexes on the 3rd and 7th day after operation were recorded,and the degree of postoperative inflammation control and wound healing were evaluated timely.Result: The statistical study showed that there was significant difference in pain and granulation growth between the two groups on the 7th,14 th and 21 st day after operation(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in wound repair between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups on the 14 th and 21 st day after operation(P < 0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group.There was significant difference in wound secretion between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.There was no significant difference in wound secretions between the two groups on the 14 th and 21 st day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the middle and late stage.There was significant difference in inflammation control between the two groups on the 3rd day after operation(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference in inflammatory indexes on the 7th day after operation(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups on the 21 st day after operation(P < 0.05).The overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Concludion: Huangjin Promoting Healing Decoction is safe and effective for wound healing after high anal carbuncle operation which can alleviate the pain of patients,promote the growth of granulation tissue of wound,accelerate the speed of wound healing,and accelerate the absorption and control of inflammation in the inflammatory stage.It is also effective to reduce the exudation of inflammatory secretions. |
