ObjectiveTo investigate the implementation status and influencing factors of family rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy,explore the influence of the hospital based on the concept of conductive education combined with family rehabilitation mode on the self-care ability,cognitive function,daily activities,movement and balance,language and communication of children with cerebral palsy.MethodsCurrent situation investigation: 129 children with cerebral palsy and their parents who received rehabilitation training in the Department of children’s rehabilitation of a third class a special hospital in Gansu Province were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,family rehabilitation training and influencing factors questionnaire,children’s functional independence scale(Wee FIM)and Chinese version of children’s quality of life cerebral palsy scale(pedsqltm3.0)were used to investigate the family rehabilitation status of children with cerebral palsy.Intervention experiment: 99 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into three groups: control group(routine rehabilitation group of traditional Chinese Medicine combined with West Medicine),conductive education group and conductive education combined with family rehabilitation group,33 cases in each group.The conductive education group received half day rehabilitation training in the hospital;The control group was given rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine;Conductive education combined with family rehabilitation group received family rehabilitation training on the basis of control group and conductive education group.After 6 months of intervention,functional independence and quality of life were evaluated and compared between groups.ResultsCurrent situation investigation:(1)A total of 135 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 129 valid questionnaires were actually collected.The survey showed that the qualified rate of disease-related knowledge assessment of parents of children with cerebral palsy was low,and the parents’ enthusiasm to participate in the rehabilitation of children was poor;In 129 cases of cerebral palsy children,57 were "severe dependence"(44.19%),54 were "very severe dependence"(41.86%),and 8 were "complete dependence"(6.20%).The total score of QOL was(41.62±10.75),including daily activities(23.23±12.05),school activities(28.68±13.66),movement and balance(41.82±17.36),dietary activities(49.19±14.18)and language and communication(15.21±9.91).(2)The results of family rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy showed that the parents of children with cerebral palsy had a low level of knowledge about cerebral palsy,the parents of children with cerebral palsy had a poor enthusiasm to participate in rehabilitation,and the effect of family rehabilitation training was not ideal.Among them,parents do not understand rehabilitation training methods,family rehabilitation training is not formal,lack of professional guidance,children do not cooperate,can not adhere to long-term training are the main influencing factors.Intervention experiment:(1)After the intervention,the scores of functional independence and quality of life of the three groups were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of the conductive education group and the conductive education combined with family rehabilitation group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the conductive education combined with family rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).The scores of language and communication were significantly lower than those before the intervention There was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05);there was significant difference in the scores of functional independence and quality of life among the three groups(P<0.05).(2)After 6 months of intervention,the functional independence level and quality of life of the three groups were significantly different in time effect and inter group effect(P<0.001),and there was interaction effect in intervention time and intervention method(P<0.05).It shows that the level of functional independence and quality of life of the three groups of children gradually change with time,and the conductive education combined with family rehabilitation training has a certain impact on the level of functional independence and quality of life of children.Conclusion(1)The implementation rate of family rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy is low and the effect is not ideal.Parents do not understand the rehabilitation training methods,family rehabilitation training is not formal,lack of professional guidance,children do not cooperate,can not adhere to long-term training are the main influencing factors.(2)The hospital based on the concept of conductive education combined with family rehabilitation intervention is helpful to improve the self-care ability,cognitive function,daily activities and other aspects of children with spastic cerebral palsy,improve the functional independence level of children with spastic cerebral palsy,and improve their quality of life.
