With the rapid economic development, social pressure, the living environmentand the level of perinatal care increased,the incidence of cerebral palsy risesignificantly. Now, there has314,000cerebral palsy children who can not own thenormal life and learning in China. At the same time, the disease influence thechildren’s psychology health and produce their family′s pressure in both economic andspirit. Thus, to take early intervention and rehabilitation can improve the quality oftheir life who with the cerebral palsy that have important meaning.Objective: Through the research of80cases of children cerebral palsy whomaged2-9in Shenyang health recovery center. Exploring their improve level ofcognitive, language, sports functions, self-care and social adaptation ability byconductive education, And then provides medicine evidence of clinical rehabilitation.Methods: Shenyang rehabilitation centers80cases of cerebral palsy childrenwas divided into treatment group that children make the conductive education andcontrol group whom parents voluntarily choose to accept traditional rehabilitation.After six months of study. Comparative analysis the two groups integrated functionsdata by using SPSS16.0.Results: After six months rehabilitation,1.Group with Group:(1)Compare withthe control group, the treatment group make significantly improved in the cognitive,language, self-care and social adaptability, p<0.05;(2)Compare with the control group,the treatment group points significantly rising in the cognitive, language, self-care andsocial adaptability, p<0.05;(3) Sports functions did not difference, p>0.05.2.InsideGroup: Compared with the spastic cerebral palsy children, the treatment group′scognitive, language, sports functions, self-care and social adaptation progress moreobviously, p<0.05.Conclusion: The systematic analysis through the research of80case of childrencerebral palsy assessment scores before and after treatment of cognitive, language,sports functions, ability of daily life and social adaptation ability by conductive education,concluded as follows:1.Both of the traditional methods of rehabilitation and the conductive educationhave effection, but, the later improved significantly.2.Both of the traditional methods of rehabilitation and the conductive educationis effective for sports functions,but have no significant difference between the twosides.3.The conductive education can make significantly improved in the cognitive,language, self-care and social adaptability.4.The conductive education is worth at all levels of rehabilitation centers,community and the family promotion and application.
