| Objective Based on the research of 30 cases of spastic cerebral palsy and 30 cases of non spastic cerebral palsy who aged 2-6 in Xiao Shan District special recovery center,we explore the impact of conductive education on their gross motor functions and the fine motor functions. This study provides a reference for different types of children with cerebral palsy whether to focus on the choice of conductive education as a means of rehabilitation. Methods 30 cases of spastic cerebral palsy and 30 cases of non spastic cerebral palsy guided by conductive education in Xiao Shan District special recovery center from January 2011 to April 2016 were selected as the research object. Two groups of children aged between 2-6 years old,the proportion of male and female in two groups were consistent. There is no statistical significance between the two groups in the general data(P>0.05).After six months of treatment,we investigate the significant difference between gross motor and fine motor function recovery in two groups before and after treatment by Peabody Development Motor Scales-2.All the scaled scores were analyzed in SPSS 22.0.Results After six months rehabilitation,intra-group comparison reveal that both gross and fine function was significantly improved in spastic and non spastic groups Compared with six months ago,(P<0.05).Comparing between two groups, children with spastic cerebral palsy had more significant improvement in gross motor and fine motor function than non spastic cerebral palsy children(P<0.05).Conclusion Conductive education can improve the gross motor and fine motor abilities of spastic and non spastic cerebral palsy children. Therefore, conductive education is effective for children with different types of cerebral palsy. The improvement of gross motor function and fine motor function in spastic cerebral palsy group was significantly higher than that in non spastic cerebral palsy group.Spastic cerebral palsy children can focus on the choice of conductive education as a means of rehabilitation. |
