Objective: To master the result of conductive education(CE) on children withCerebral Palsy(CP) that have been rehabilitated in Tianjin disabled personsrehabilitation center in the last three years, analysis of effect and related factors of CEon children with CP, discuss practical application value of 《Cerebral palsy children’scomprehensive ability development assessment》, promote better rehabilitation effecton CP children, provides scientific theoretical basis For the future development of CPchildren’s rehabilitation.Method:Study of CP children’s files from2009-2011that has accept CE atTianjin disabled persons rehabilitation center, Use 《Cerebral palsy children’scomprehensive ability development assessment》 to evaluate the effect of CE onchildren with CP.《Cerebral palsy children’s comprehensive ability developmentassessment》has six part: physical fitness、fine motor、social interaction/game、speak、intelligence and daily life. By calculating the developmental age and developmentalquotient’s increase of the six parts to evaluate the effect of CE on children with CP。Selected30normal children from kindergarten to evaluate the “Group of internalreliability” and “Test retest reliability” of《Cerebral palsy children’s comprehensiveability development assessment》. Take 《Beijing-Gesell development assessment》as standard, evaluate the Criterion validity of 《Cerebral palsy children’scomprehensive ability development assessment》 by testing two table correspondingarea’s correlation. Analysis the possible factors of CE.Result:①Basic situation:CP children72,male34,47.2%;female38,52.8%;normalchildren30,male30,60%;female12,40%.②Use Spearman Correlation coefficient r_s to evaluate the reliability andvalidity of 《Cerebral palsy children’s comprehensive ability development assessment》: Result of r_s between two Therapists is from0.981to1.000; Result of r_s ofone therapist between before and after test is from0.957to0.981; Result of r_s with《Beijing-Gesell development assessment》is from0.858to0.973.(P<0.001).③Effect of CE: Efficiency of Developmental age is between84.7%~91.7%;Efficiency of Developmental quotient is between84.7%~91.7%.④Influence of related factors on CE: Training time is proportional to physicalfitness、fine motor、social interaction/game、speak and intelligence. The results of thefollowing factors are ruled out training time’s affect: Begin training age<48monthsand≥48months, CP children’s effect has no statistically significant difference atphysical fitness、fine motor and daily life (P>0.05), but the effect of begin trainingage≥48months are better than begin training age<48at social interaction/game、intelligence and speak (P <0.05). Spastic CP children’s rehabilitation effect arebetter than non-Spastic CP children’s at all the six areas, the difference hasstatistically significant (P <0.05);CP children without other disabilities, theirrehabilitation effect are better than CP children accompanied with other disabilities atphysical fitness、fine motor、social interaction/game、speak、intelligence and dailylife,the difference has statistically significant (P <0.05);Preterm CP children’srehabilitation effect are better than non-Preterm CP children’s at fine motor、socialinteraction/game、intelligence、speak and daily life,the difference has statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion:①CE can effectively promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of children withCP. Performance in developmental age and developmental quotient’s increase of thephysical fitness、fine motor、social interaction/game、speak、intelligence and daily life.②the reliability and validity of《Cerebral palsy children’s comprehensiveability development assessment》 is high, it can be used to evaluate rehabilitation andeffect usually, but some content need standard revision.③Generally speaking, types of cerebral palsy、training time、accompanied withother disabilities、disability risk factors are important influence factors on CE.Ⅰ The training time is proportional to the effect of rehabilitation training. the longer The training time, the better the effect of rehabilitation.Ⅱ Begin training age has some influence on CE, old group are better thanyounger group at some areas.Ⅲ Spastic CP children’s rehabilitation effect are better than non-Spastic CPchildren’s.Ⅳ CP children without other disabilities, they rehabilitation effect are betterthan CP children accompanied with other disabilities.Ⅴ Preterm/low birth weight CP children’s rehabilitation effect are better thannon-Preterm/low birth weight CP children’s.
