Clinical Observation On Guishen Yijing Decoction In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Iinsufficiency Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guishen Yijing Decoction on premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,and to explore the effect of Guishen Yijing Decoction on ovarian endocrine level,so as to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A randomized controlled research method was adopted to select 64 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency insufficiency who met the inclusion criteria,and randomly divided them into an observation group and a control group with 32 cases each.The observation group was treated with Guishen Yijing Decoction,and the control group was treated with Femoston.Both groups were treated with 3 courses(4 weeks as 1 course).Fill in the clinical efficacy observation form,and record the changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),serum estradiol(E2)level,ovarian volume,antral follicle count(AFC),etc.Changes in the situation,to study the clinical efficacy of Guishen Yijing Decoction on patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression of this disease.Result:1.A total of 64 patients were enrolled in this study,of which 61 patients completed clinical observation,1 case fell off in the treatment group and 2 cases fell off in the control group,with a drop rate of 4.68%.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in age,course of disease,sex hormone levels,AFC,ovarian volume,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Total clinical effective rate:the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,and the effective rate of the observation group was 74.19%.There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);it indicated that the two groups were equivalent in efficacy.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both Femoston and Guishen Yijing Decoction can improve TCM syndrome scores;after treatment between the two groups,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Guishen Yijing Decoction can improve the overall efficacy of TCM syndrome scores Better than the control group.4.Comparison of serum hormone levels:After treatment,the serum FSH and LH of the two groups decreased,and the serum E2 increased.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that Femoston and Guishen Yijing Both soups can improve serum sex hormone levels.The comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the changes in serum FSH,LH,and E2 levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that both treatment options can improve serum hormone levels and have the same curative effect.5.Comparison of ovarian volume and AFC:After treatment,there was no significant change in the average ovarian volume of the two groups of patients,and the difference within the group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the ovarian volume of the observation group after treatment was compared with that of the control group The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two treatment options had no significant effect on improving ovarian volume.After treatment,the AFC of the two groups of patients increased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);after the treatment,the difference between the two groups of patients AFC was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It shows that the two treatments can increase AFC in the ovary,and the curative effect is equivalent.6.Safety analysis:After the treatment of the two groups of patients,the blood,urine routine,liver function,kidney function,coagulation function,blood lipids,ECG examination,bilateral breast color Doppler ultrasound and other indicators are in the normal range.The treatment methods of the two groups All are safe.Conclusion:1.Guishen Yijing Decoction for premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and liver depression can significantly improve clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,reduce FSH,LH,increase E2 levels,increase the number of antral follicles,and have no obvious adverse reactions.It is clinically safe.effective.2.Guishen Yijing Decoction for premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and liver depression is superior to Femoston in terms of improving TCM syndromes.In terms of clinical efficacy,reducing FSH,LH,increasing E2 levels,and increasing the number of antral follicles,Guishen Yijing Decoction is equivalent to Femoston.
