Clinical Observation Of Yishen Yangluan Decoction In Treating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Dysfunction With Deficiency Of Kidney,Liver Diseases And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Yangluan Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency due to yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity,so as to provide a new basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods:To select 114 patients who were diagnosed as premature ovarian insufficiency in gynecology department ofHospital of traditional Chinese medicine during March 2017 to October 2017 and divided them into three groups including Treatment group A,Treatment group B and control group randomly.Three different treatments including Yishen Yangluan Decoction with artificial periodic therapy,Yishen Yangluan Decoction only and artificial periodic therapy only were used separately among these three groups for three months.After the three months of treatment,the difference of clinical syndrome integral,the level of FSH,LH,E2 and AMH and antral follicle count of both sides are observed and contrasted inorder to judge the therapeutic effect ofYishen Yangluan Decoction on thedisease of in curingkidney liver disease and blood stasis type patients.Results:1.All three treatments can improve the level of sex hormone,the amount of AFC,traditional Chinese medicine symptom,and clinical effect obviously.2.After the treatments,theTCM symptom score of all three groups decrease obviously.In terms of the improvement of TCM symptom,group A have a slight edge compare with group B and both guroup A and Bare obviously better than control group.3.After the treatments,the level of FSH and LH of All three groups derease obviously while E2 have a huge increasement.The level of FSH and LH of group A decrease more contrasting with both group A and control group while the level of FSH of group B decrease more contrasting with control group.There is no obvious difference between the level of LH and E2 of group A and group B.The level of E2 of both group A and group B increased more obviously than control group.4.After the treatments,there is no obvious improvement of the level of AMH in both three groups.5.After the treatments,The number of antral follicle of all three groups have increased.Group A have the most huge improvement among three groups and Group B have a slight edge compare with control group.6.After the treatments,among the 35 patients of group A,there are 2 patients being cured,16 patients have the excellent effect,13 patients show some improment and 4 patients have no increasement at all,each account for 5.7%,45.7%,37.1%,11.4%,the total effective rate is88.6%.Among the 36 patients of group B,there are 2 patients being cured,11 patients have the excellent effect,19 patients show some improment and 4 patients have no increasement at all,each account for 5.6%,30.6%,52.8%,11.1%,the total effective rate is88.9%.Among the 36 patients of control group,there are no patients being cured,6 patients have the excellent effect,14 patients show some improment and 16 patients have no increasement at all,each account for 16.7%,38.9%,44.4%,the total effective rate is 56.6%.The result indicated that The therapeutic effect of group A was close to that of group B,while control group have the worst therapeutic effect.Conclusions:Yishen Yangluan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms ofkidney liver disease and blood stasispremature ovarian insufficiency patient effectly and can promote the growth of antral follicle as well as the level of hormone.Clinicaleffect is reliable.
