Clinical Observation Of Zishen Jieyu Decoction In Treating Early-onset Ovarian Insufficiency With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects and mechanism of Zi Shen Jie Yu Tang on kidney deficiency liver depression certificate of premature ovarian failure through 60 medical records.Methods: 60 patients who diagnosised by Gynaecological Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the combination of Femonston orally and ZiShenJieYu Tang while the control group taking orally with Femonston for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,the level of hormone(FSH,E2,LH,AMH)in each group,the mean diameter of ovary and Antral Follicle Count were measured after taking off the pill for one month.Results: The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum FSH levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;the serum E2 levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01);the serum AMH levels in the two groups have no significant change before treatment(P>0.05);the curative effect in two groups were significantly bigger than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).However,the growth of middle folicle dominant after treatment was too smal,and there were some uncontrolable factors.Therefore,the mean diameter of ovary was not used as a clinical indicator.Conclusion:The combination of Femonston and ZiShenJieYu Tang is effective in treating kidney deficiency liver depression certificate of premature ovarian failure,and can effectively adjust serum levels of FSH,LH and E2 to treat premature ovarian failure,and promote the development of antral follicles in the ovary.The treatment group is better in improving the effect of TCM symptoms than the control group,which may relate with the adjustment of serum levels of FSH,LH and E2.In conclusion,it is worthy of clinical promotion.But the they two can’t change the level of AMH.
