Evaluation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Guishen Pill Combined With Ear Acupoint Pressing On POI Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the clinical efficacy of Guishen Pill combined with auricular plaster therapy for POI of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome by observing the clinical efficacy of Guishen Pill combined with auricular plaster therapy,and by analyzing and comparing the changes of evaluation indexes before and after treatment.Materials and Methods: The subjects of this study were the obstetrics and gynecology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to June 2019.According to the admission criteria,81 POI patients diagnosed as liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(Gui Shen Wan plus or minus combined with auricular point pressing)with 33 cases,traditional Chinese medicine control group(Gui Shen Wan plus or minus)with 33 cases and auricular point control group(auricular point pressing)with 15 cases.The course of treatment was 3 months,and the three groups all underwent 2 courses of treatment.Analysis of the three groups of subjects after 6 months of treatment menstruation,TCM symptom scores,serum FSH,LH,E2,AMH and AFC values and other efficacy evaluation indicators,to judge the clinical efficacy of Guishen pill plus or minus combined with auricular plaster on POI liver and kidney yin deficiency patients.Results:1.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P <0.01,there was a significant difference.Before and after treatment,the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,P <0.01,a significant difference.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome points in the treatment group(93.75%)was higher than that in the control group(81.25%),P <0.05,there was a difference.Before and after treatment,the comparison of individual TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was P <0.01,a significant difference.After treatment,the individual scores of multiple TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P <0.05,there was a difference.2.Serum sex hormones: After treatment,the improvement of FSH and LH in the treatmentgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group,P <0.05,there was a difference,the E2 comparison between the two groups,P> 0.05,no statistical difference.After treatment,the serum sex hormones of the two groups were compared with those before treatment,P<0.01,there was a significant difference.3.AMH: After treatment,the AMH values of the two groups were compared,P> 0.05,there was no statistical difference.After treatment,the AMH of the two groups was compared with that before treatment,P> 0.05,there was no statistical difference.4.Number of sinus follicles: After treatment,the AFC of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,P> 0.05,there was no statistical difference.Compared with pre-treatment sinus AFC between the two groups after treatment,P> 0.05,there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:1.Simple Guishen Pill is effective in treating POI with deficiency of liver,kidney and Yin.2.Guishen Pills plus or minus combined with auricular point sticking pressure is more effective than Guishen Pills in treating liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome POI.3 Guishen Pills plus and minus combined with auricular acupoint pressure therapy for POI is safe and effective,easy to operate,and worthy of clinical application.
