Clinical Observation Of Effect Of Lianpuxun On Wound Healing After Operation Of Anal Fissure

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Lianpu fumigation effect on wound healing after operation of anal fissure.Methods: Select the anorectal Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from March 2016 to February 2017 in line with phase II and III anal fissure diagnosis,hospital surgically treated patients,a total of 60 cases.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group used Lianpu xunxifang prescription bath,the control group with jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder bath,30 cases in each group,the two groups in sex,age,anal fissure staging have little difference,this study is comparable.At age 18-55 years old,the patients were excluded from hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and so on.To the patients in the treatment group after first days,go to the external fixation tape and anus tampon to Lianpu xunxifang fumigating and washing,the control group with jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder fumigation bath,observation of postoperative pain,edema,granulation and clinical efficiency,and record the corresponding score.Results: In the experimental group and the control group of patients after treatment system are to be the same,after seventh days of the two groups of pain score compared to P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group than the control group,indicating Po Lin xunxifang to relieve pain in the postoperative anal fissure with jinxuanzhike fumigating washing powder.Po Lin xunxifang in postoperative edema and granulation with jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder effect,P > 0.05,the total effective rate was 100%,100%,two kinds of treatment methods can effectively relieve wound discomfort and promote wound healing,experimental group and control group there were no wound pain,itching,rash and other allergic reactions to generate.Conclusion: The BH effectively improves the postoperative anorectal postoperative pain and reduces the economic burden of patients,and it is worthy of the majority of promotion.
