| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on postoperative complications such as wound pain,edema,bleeding,and wound healing time of the dampness-heat pouring down type with anal fissure treated by compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze.Method:The sixty anal fissure patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups were treated with the same surgical method and conventional treatment.From the first day after surgery,the treatment group underwent conventional dressing changed with compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze,and the control group was treated with saline gauze dressing.The patients were evaluated and recorded the score of pain,edema,and bleeding on the first day,third day,seventh day and fourteenth day after surgery.And the wound healing on the fourteenth day and the twenty-first days was recorded.Record the time required for complete epithelialization.Compare the data statistically and draw conclusions.Result:1.Comparison of the degree of incision pain: On the first day after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in incision pain scores between the two groups(P?0.05).The difference between two groups on the third day,seventh day,and fourteenth day after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wounds dressed by compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze have significantly improved incision pain.2.Comparison of wound edema: On the first postoperative day,the comparison of incisional the edema scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the edema scores of wound on the third day,seventh day,and fourteenth day after the operation(P<0.05).It is suggested that compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze can reduce the edema of the wound after operation.3.Comparison of wound bleeding: On the first day and the fourteenth day after surgery,there was no significant difference in wound bleeding scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in wound bleeding scores between the two groups on the third day,seventh day after surgery(P<0.05).This shows that the compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze has a significant effect on early postoperative wound bleeding.4.Comparison of wound healing rates: There was a significant difference in the wound healing rate between the treatment group and the control group on the 14 th and 21 st day after surgery(P <0.05).After using the compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze to change the dressing,at the same time,the wound healing rate of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group.This shows that the compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze has a certain effect on the recovery of wounds.5.Comparison of wound healing time: The average wound healing time in the treatment group was 24.5±1.358 days,and the average wound healing time in the control group was 27.3±2.277 days.There was a statistically significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.It is suggested that compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze can accelerate the epithelialization of wounds and shorten the disease course.5.Comparison of the overall total efficacy:After 14 days of treatment,the effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the overall total efficacy comparison(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which indicated that the compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze had a therapeutic effect on postoperative wound pain,edema and bleeding symptoms.Conclusion:The compound fluid of cortex phellodendri gauze has a certain therapeutic effect on postoperative complications such as wound pain,edema,bleeding,and wound healing time of the dampness-heat pouring down type with anal fissure.It significantly reduces postoperative anal pain,subsides anal marginal tissue edema and reduces wound bleeding,shorten wound healing time,and promote wound healing. |
