ObjectiveBased on TCM syndrome differentiation and infrared thermal imaging technology,the research collected information on the four diagnosis of mammary gland hyperplasia(MGH)patients and the infrared relative temperature ΔT value of the breast and related acupoints,and analyzed the frequency and integral distribution characteristics of MGH TCM syndrome elements.The purpose was to explore the correlation between the distribution of different TCM syndrome elements of MGH and the characteristics of infrared thermal imaging of breasts and acupoints,to provide new ideas for the application of infrared thermal imaging technology to the diagnosis of MGH in TCM,and to enrich the scientific connotation of TCM "Internal changes will show up on the outside".Methods1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,206 MGH patients and 80 healthy volunteers were screened out in the outpatient and physical examination department of the the third people’s hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional chinese medicine.The standardized four-diagnosis information collection of MGH patients was carried out,and the TCM syndrome element frequency and integral distribution characteristics of MGH patients were analyzed through the TCM syndrome differentiation system.2.With Infrared thermal tomography system extract MGH group and healthy controls breast,related acupoints in regional ΔT value,comparing two groups of breast and acupointsΔT value differences,analysis of Infrared thermal imaging features of MGH patients.3.According to the severity of the pathological changes of the syndrome factors,the MGH syndrome factors are divided into grades 0-1 and 2-3,and the differences in the ΔT values of breasts and acupoints between the two groups are compared.And the increase in MGH syndrome scores and the ΔT values of breasts and acupoints are further analyzed,which to explore the relationship between MGH TCM syndrome factors and infrared thermal imaging characteristics.Results1.The frequency distribution of MGH pathological syndrome elments of position were liver,spleen,kidney,uterus,stomach from high to low,and the score of liver syndrome is the highest.The frequency distribution of MGH pathological syndrome elments of characteristic were Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,dampness,Yin deficiency from high to low,and Qi stagnation elements scores were the highest.2.Infrared thermal imaging characteristics of MGH breast and acupoints: Compared with healthy group,the ΔT value of breast areas of MGH patients is increased;the ΔT values of Wuyi,Jianjing,Ganshu,Pishu,Weishu,and Shenshu in the chest and back areas increased;the ΔT values of Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,and Taichong in the abdomen and lower extremities decreased,and The ΔT value of Fenglong increased(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of the ΔT value of breast and acupoints in different syndrome element grades of MGH: Compared with the corresponding syndrome element 0-1 group,the ΔT value of Shenshu in the MGH liver 2-3 group is lower;The ΔT value of Shenshu and Weishu decreased in the kidney 2-3 group;the ΔT value of Zusanli decreased in the stomach 2-3group;the breast ΔT value increased in the Qi stagnation 2-3 group;the ΔT value of Sanyinjiao and Taichong increased in the blood stasis 2-3 group;the ΔT value of breast,Pishu,Zusanli,and Fenglong increased in Yin deficiency 2-3 group,while the ΔT value of Zhongwan,Tianshu,Sanyinjiao,and Taichong decreased(P < 0.05).4.Correlation between the increase of MGH syndrome element score and the ΔT value of breast and acupoints: Among the disease location syndrome elements,the higher the liver syndrome element score in the MGH group,the lower the ΔT value of Pishu and Weishu;the higher the uterine syndrome element score,the lower the ΔT value of Zhongwan;the higher the gastric syndrome score,the lower the ΔT value of Zhimen and Guanyuan.Among the diseased syndrome element,the higher the Yang deficiency syndrome element score,the higher the ΔT value of Jianjing,Tianzong,Ganshu,Pishu,Weishu,and Shenshu;the higher the blood stasis syndrome element score,the lower the ΔT value of Pishu and Shenshu;the higher the phlegm syndrome element score,the higher the ΔT value of Fenglong,Sanyinjiao,and Taichong;the higher the score of yin deficiency syndrome element,the lower the ΔT value of Qimen,Tanzhong,and Guanyuan(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.The main pathological syndrome elments of position of MGH were liver,spleen,kidney,uterus,and stomach;the main pathological syndrome elments of characteristic were Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,dampness,Yin deficiency.2.Compared with healthy women,the infrared temperature of the breasts,chest,back,abdomen,and lower limbs of patients with MGH has changed.MGH TCM syndrome elments produce obvious pathological changes or increase the integral,and the infrared temperature of the breast,liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian,stomach meridian,Renmai and other meridians can also be affected.3.There is a correlation between the distribution characteristics of MGH TCM syndrome elements and its infrared thermal imaging.Combining TCM syndrome differentiation and infrared thermal imaging technology can provide new ideas for TCM diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of MGH. |
