Clinical Observation On Treating Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland By Acupuncture With Meridian Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:Comparing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and Rupixiao oral therapy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and drug group,3 6 in each group.The acupuncture group was given acupuncture treatment based on meridians and dialects,3 times per week(on every other day);the drug group was given 3 times a day for 3 times a day for 3 weeks.The efficacy of the treatment before and after the 8th week of treatment was compared,including the degree of pain in the breast,the hardness of the tumor,the extent of the tumor,and the size of the tumor.Results:At the 8th week of treatment,the acupuncture group had better breast pain than the drug group(p p<0.01),improved lump hardness(p<0.01),reduced tumor size(p<0.01),and reduced tumor size(p<0.01).The total effective rate was 87.1%in the acupmcture group and 57.6%in the drug group.Conclusion:The acupuncture treatment based on meridians and syndromes has a significant effect on the treatment of breast hyperplasia,and it is superior to the drug group in improving the breast pain,the hardness of the tumor,the size of the tumor,and the size of the tumor in patients with hyperplasia of the breast.
