Object: Through the analysis of color doppler ultrasound and high frequencymolybdenum target angiography in mammary gland ill before and after treatment thecharacteristics of color doppler ultrasonic inspection, high frequency molybdenum targetphotography check reflect the credibility of the lesions and variability, and TCM syndrometype were statistical analysis, the establishment of objectification TCM syndromedifferentiation standard and curative effect evaluation method for TCM differentiationstandardization of mammary gland hyperplasia provide scientific methods and basis.Method: Collect shandong institute of traditional Chinese medicine clinic mutual"phlegm and blood stasis syndrome hyperplasia of mammary glands patients in180cases,differentiation of symptoms and signs parting for stomach qi, spleen wet cheng, strong asdisorders three type, a treatment group and the control group, the treatment group takeKaiyu Sanjie particle, before and after treatment in color doppler ultrasonography and highfrequency molybdenum target photography check, analysis the change of each indexbefore and after treatment.Result:1.Comprehensive curative effect: the card type treatment group, the controlgroup the explicit rate and the total effective rate is, the treatment group than in controlgroup (P <0.05).2. the sonographic features:(1)The sonographic parting: sputum stasismutual junction concentrated in type II, accounted for70.56%.(2) Glands thickness:before treatment and after each card type between the thickness of the glands are difference(x2=1.347, p=0.047; x2=1.743, p=0.040).(3) Mass:46.11%can be exploratory andbump, and92.77%mass diameter in1cm below. Each card type mass between maximumdiameter have significant difference (p <0.01).(4) Blood flow: the card type blood flowdistribution between no difference (p>0.05), and blood flow signals before and aftertreatment has no obvious change (both for I level).3. Ultrasonic curative effect evaluation: (1) The sonographic parting: treatment group after the drug increased proportion of type I,II, III type proportional to reduce.(2) Glands thickness: after treatment, the card typetreatment group glands thickness decrease (P <0.05), glands thickness difference withmarkedly improved, effective and ineffective change order is degressive tendency.(3)Mass maximum diameter: after treatment, the treatment group mass maximum diameterreduced (P <0.05).(4) Ultrasonic imaging rating: the card type before and after therapyhave significant difference (P <0.05or0.01) and reduce with the invalid-effective-increasing markedly improved.(5) Before and after treatment glands thickness, massmaximum diameter changes have significant difference (P <0.05or0.01).4. Highfrequency molybdenum target photography features:(1)Line of molybdenum target Xparting: mickle gland size and dense type is in the majority, the treatment group a smallamount of gland body and dense type have significant difference before and after treatment(P <0.05).(2)The molybdenum target BI-RADS classification: stomach qi type to â…¡level is given priority to, spleen wet cheng type, impact as disorder type to â…¢level isgiven priority to. The change of before and after treatment has a significant difference (P <0.05).(3) the treatment group mass density distribution have significant difference beforeand after treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Kaiyu Sanjie particle to mutual "phlegm and blood stasis syndromehyperplasia of mammary glands patients is safe and effective.2. Color ultrasound showedglandular structure characteristics, glands thickness, mass maximum diameter differencescan reflect different syndrome and between objective imaging differences, prompt clinicalneed the essencial etiopathogenesis, Through the mass maximum diameter, audio-visualdiagram parting proportion change trend and glands thickness, imaging scoring changedegree can judge curative effect.3. High frequency molybdenum target photographyclassification and grading can reflect hyperplasia of mammary glands degree, the resultscan be used as the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation partingbasis, through its variations can judge curative effect.
