Exploring The Medication Rules Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis And Professor Mao Yuxiang’s Experience Based On Data Mining

Part 1:Based on Data Mining,Exploring the Law of the Prescriptions in the Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis in the Database.Objective:Based on the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5.0),the prescription medication rules of chronic erosive gastritis were explored in the database,so as to provide reference for the prescription medication of chronic erosive gastritis and better guide the clinical treatment.Methods:Literature containing TCM prescriptions for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis included in Chinese journal databases of CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang Data from January 2014 to December 2019 was searched.The documents that meet the inclusion criteria were screened and sorted out,and the database was established by using the software of TCM inheritance assistant platform(V2.5.0)to dig the prescription medication law.Results:A total of 169 prescriptions were selected for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis,and a total of 168 traditional Chinese medicines were used.The frequency of drug use in the first 5 taste of drugs in order: pinellia,Large-headed atractylodes,rhizoma coptidis,poria cocos,tangerine peel;Statistics of "four qi" show that the use of warm and cold drugs is more;Statistics of "five tastes" show that the use of bitter,sweet and spicy drugs is more;The statistics of "passing meridian" showed that the frequency of drugs entering spleen,stomach and lung meridian was high.The number of support degree(33)and confidence degree(0.6)were set.Through the analysis of association rules,21 medication modes could be obtained,among which the drug combinations in the top 10 were as follows:“ rhizoma coptidis,pinellia”“tangerine peel,pinellia”“Large-headed atractylodes,poria cocos”“Large-headed atractylodes,pinellia”“poria cocos,pinellia”“Large-headed atractylodes,licorice”“Codonopsis pilosula,Large-headed atractylodes”“rhizoma coptidis,Large-headed atractylodes”“licorice,radix paeoniae alba”and“Codonopsis pilosula,pinellia”,9 rules and 9 core drugs were obtained.Eleven new prescriptions were extracted by entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusions: Based on the analysis of the modern literature database for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis,it is found that most modern doctors believe that spleen and stomach weakness and qi stagnation and dampness resistance are the key pathogenesis of CEG.In the case of syndrome,the main treatment method is to benefit qi and strengthen the spleen,and the basic treatment method is to carry out qi clearing damp.The prescription is often based on liujunzi soup.Use cold and warm,combined with pain,attack and supplement.PART 2: Based on the Data Mining,Exploring Professor Mao Yuxiang’s Experience in the Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis.Objective:Using the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform(V2.5.0),this paper explores professor Mao Yuxiang’s experience in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis,and discusses the relationship between it and the prescription law of the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis in the modern literature database,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods: The prescriptions of professor Mao Yuxiang for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis from January 2017 to 2020 January were collected.Input the first diagnosis prescription into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5.0)software to establish the database.To analyze the rule of prescription and clinical experience in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis,and to find out the new prescription.Results:The medical records of 290 cases of chronic erosive gastritis treated by professor Mao Yuxiang were screened and sorted out.Basic situation of 290 patients and the first clinical prescription analysis showed that290 patients,137 cases of male,female 153 cases;the age was mainly between 51 and 60;the prescription involved a total of 139 herbs,coix seed was the most frequently used seed.Statistics of "four qi" show that the use of warm and cold drugs is more;Statistics of "five tastes" show that the use of bitter,sweet and spicy drugs is more;The statistics of "passing the meridian" showed that more drugs were used in the stomach,spleen,lung and liver.The139 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 40 times were classified according to their efficacy,involving 12 categories.They were ranked according to the number of medicinal tastes.The top 6 drugs were tonic for deficiency,qi regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-eliminating,cough-relieving and antiasthmatic drugs,water-benefiting and moistening drugs,and blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs.Selected the appropriate support(145)and confidence(0.6),and then obtained27 combinations of 7 herbs.Based on association rule analysis,101 medication rules were obtained,and the top 15 combinations were listed.Nine new prescriptions were extracted by entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusions:According to professor Mao Yuxiang,the main pathogenesis of CEG is qi stagnation,dampness,heat and stasis,the weakness of spleen and stomach is the basis of CEG.In order to rationalize qi and in,clear heat and wet,remove blood stasis and detoxification as the basic treatment.The treatment of this disease should be based on the central conditioning,and ultimately achieve the goal of systemic harmony.It is found that the main treatments are: regulate the five internal organs,the cold temperature is used together,cosin combination;the deficiency and reality taking into account,attack and complement taking into account;the good use of classics,accurate use of drugs.
