Study On The Drugs Regularity Of Professor Wei Wei In The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Using the method of data mining,statistics and mining the medical records of Professor Wei Wei in the treatment of chronic gastritis,analyze and summarize Professor Wei Wei’s clinical experience and medication rules in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods: A total of 118 outpatient cases of chronic gastritis treated by Professor Wei Wei from October 2018 to October 2022 were collected.The general information,four diagnoses and prescription information of the patients were collected.The prescription information was derived through the hospital HIS system.154 qualified prescriptions were selected according to the inclusion criteria.The information was entered into EXCEL2021 to establish a clinical data database and standardize the prescriptions for treatment.Using the "data upload" function in the "data management" module of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0(TCMICSV3.0),the prescription data are overwritten and uploaded.The frequency,sex,taste,menstruation and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prescription were analyzed by using TCMICSV3.0 software.Then use R4.2.1 and Rstudio software.Based on the apriori function in arules package,the apriori algorithm is used to analyze the association rules of the prescription.Finally,the plot function is used to visualize the association rules.The hclust function is used to classify the high-frequency drugs according to the dissimilarity index,and the contour coefficient method is used to determine the optimal number of clusters and to visualize the cluster diagram.Results: 1.The ratio of male to female was 1.5.The age of the patients was from 20 to 82 years old,with an average age of 45.5 years.two 。.Frequency statistics show that the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines except licorice include: Radix Aucklandiae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Polygoni Alba,Pinellia ternata,Coptis chinensis,Lily,dried ginger and Salvia miltiorrhiza.In terms of efficacy classification,the drugs for tonifying deficiency,regulating qi-activating dampness and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis contain the most types of drugs,and their use times are also the most;among the four qi,warm drugs are used the most,followed by cold and flat drugs;among the five flavors,pungent and bitter drugs are used the most,followed by sweet and sour taste;most drugs can be attributed to spleen meridian,stomach meridian,followed by lung meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.4.The analysis of association rules showed that the drug pairs were mainly the combination of traditional Chinese medicine such as dried ginger,black medicine and wood incense,Coptis bitter cold and clearing heat,and nourishing yin and tonifying deficiency such as peony and lily.the drug pairs with the highest compatibility intensity were lily-black medicine and salvia miltiorrhiza-wood incense.5.High frequency drug cluster analysis showed that Radix Paeoniae Alba,Coptis chinensis,Lily,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Amomum villosum,dried ginger,wood incense,black medicine,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Pinellia ternata were the core prescriptions of Professor Wei in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Conclusion(s): According to the results of data mining,Professor Wei Wei mainly treats chronic gastritis with drugs of tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and resolving dampness,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the most commonly used drugs include Coptis chinensis,lily,wood incense,Radix Paeoniae Alba,dried ginger,black medicine,Pinellia ternata and Salvia miltiorrhiza,which reflects Professor Wei’s clinical idea of regulating qi and tonifying spleen in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Professor Wei believes that the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis is spleen deficiency,stomach disharmony,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,dampness-heat and blood stasis.Most of the clinical manifestations are deficiency and excess,cold and heat are mixed,and the disease is located in the spleen and stomach,which is closely related to the lung,liver and gallbladder.In treatment,we should pay attention to tonifying spleen and stomach,regulating the rise and fall of spleen and stomach qi,soothing the liver to regulate spleen and stomach,treating lung to dredge intestinal viscera,and regulating qi and blood.In addition,Professor Wei Wei advocates the combination of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation in the treatment of the disease,on the basis of the basic prescription,combined with the treatment of individual symptoms.In the aspect of prescription medication,it is advocated that it should be used with both cold and temperature.
